So many people in Kerala took up the food issue when the first vb was introduced.. hence they improved thier menu..by adding Kerala cuisine
Actually Dal curry (parippu curry) was used in Southern Kerala, especially south of Thrissur and it is part of Sadya south of Pathanamthitta. In Kollam and Trivandrum, Sadya is with parippukari and Sambar and without both of these, it's not considerd as a full sadya. North Keralaites made some problem when they gave dal curry with rice claiming it was North Indian food. In rwality, all VB's use local catering services and that parippukari was also served by local cattering. .
VB food in Kerala was much better from the start. Not like Rajdhani etc,same food for two whole days!😢

Bro coach cleaning and maintainance facility is only available in Kochuveli(TVC North) so train should go to Kochuveli.. Therefore railway can't use the same vandhebharath for back journey because kgq tvc vandhebharath reach TVM around 3:00 pm and the tvc kgq journey is from 4 : 00pm they only get 1 hour gap. That's not enough for maintainance so railway use second rake to solve the problem.

Bro small correction...icf got an order take back the organe colour VB instead of that they will normal vb ... because the icf is going to introduce normal non AC vb by this year last and colour is going to be like this railway wants to people should not confuse between that vb and organe vb ....by the next week their could be only 2 vb in white colour both the side

No they gave an additional rake. So total 3 trains.
there is no such order, official from tvc div informed us that saffron vb will not taken back, additional spare rake has problem with braking system.. they are working with that also icf sent another for spare rake.. to avoid trip, totally 4 rake now in kochuveli pm base- faulty rake is stalled in pitline for inspection they are planning to return that faulty rake to icf

Automatic sensor door in between coaches are not necessary because if u went to near the door it will open automatically even when u really not needed. If it's automatic, it will lead to malfunction quickly due to frequent uses. So it is a good choice to push to open type, so u will use it only when u really need 🎉
That's why they turned that option off...The sensor is available if needed
I have one doubt,if any one stuck in between closing what will happen do door will open or it will punch the body ...
Rakes daily swap agum, VB ku daily trip mudichitu 4 hrs maintenance yirukkum. Usually night 4 hrs pannuvanga, Kochuveli maintenance nala two rakes swap pandranga daily

It's because of lack of security in other trains....Remember the migrant terrorist who almost set a coach on fire of a moving train enroute to Kannur?....4 people died.......Disgusting migrants who hijack all coaches without even paying for the ticket. There was even one incident where the migrant who got into ac coach refused to leave and attacked the ttr. The locals had to intervene. In the case of VB there are no migrants or freeloaders. Only ticket paying customers

Ernakulam junction doesn't have much maintenance faclities as it's in the middle of Kerala. Palakkad junction, Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kochuveli (also in Trivandrum) have the most pitlines for maintenance because Palakkad and Trivandrum are in the border and most trains in Kerala end there. Kasargod also need pitlines.
