I think to really understand this song you need to have been the monster that Slug rhymes about. The monster who discovered that he has the ability to make these broken women fall in love with him. But the monster is not malicious. He's just as broken as the women he finds. He knows what these women want because it's the same thing he's looking for. The love that forms between the broken woman and the broken monster is toxic to them both, and eventually "kills" the broken woman. As the monster watches his love kill this woman, it makes him more toxic. This cycle continues until the monster can't keep track of how many women he's damaged. He eventually becomes so toxic that these broken women won't touch him. And then he hits rock bottom and begins to work his way back up to being a person again

slug is a good writer but when you meet him its like its not the same person. he's confident and cocky but when you listen to his music he seems like ego is the last thing on his mind. either way, he's solid, fresh, dope, what ever you wanna call it. UNDERGROUND HIP HOP!!!
The early Em wasn't commercialized bullshit, bubble gum rap, but Slug is a story teller in the same way Em was. However, Slug deserves much more respect as he has defined an entire new genre of music that is real.
I left the last one 2 years ago that swore i would help build back up. Over the years i guess it wore me down and I'm doing my best to not fall in love with another broken soul but we all know how that goes.
