People defending zergs are high key damaged. Literally it's their fault for getting ghosted by playing with more people than the game's team limit normally allows for. Just play with at/below the limit groups and you'll never get ghosted because there's no room for error with a team limit that doesn't overflow. Even 10 is absolutely overkill and ruins any sense of skilled gameplay because who needs to aim or be worried about body recovery when you've got 9 other mooks shooting an endless hail of bullets and covering your body if you somehow manage to be bad enough to die in the first place under those circumstances? Zerg v.s Zerg isn't even skill based either, it's just a war of attrition on who has more members or more kits to throw out until either side runs out. You can look at Rust TH-camrs that are extremely skilled, usually go solo, then watch a video where they get into even a trio and just dominate a wipe, all the way until they piss off a 30 deep zerg that foundation wipes them no matter how many headshot kills the trio confirms in the defense. Zergs are the most boring and scummy thing to do in Rust, and I don't care if it's "just part of the game bro". Y'all zerg dickriders can gtfo.
Totally agree, playing with friends is no big deal but this is not playing with friends, this is just taking the fun out of the game. In some sense its like cheating since you literally cant lose and it takes all the progression and the sense out of the game, i dont get why people play so deep

When you win a 5v15 raid, the feeling is incomparable. Seeing a hail of rockets in the night sky, as the walls around you shake and crumble… knowing every second matters and there’s no room for error…. It makes thousands of hours of game play worth it. For as long as I’ve seen clans I’ve seen dollar signs. You just need to know how to play accordingly.
Ghosting this way with the name swap is actually a really skilled way to do it. There are people who will join your discord and get to know you and shit. Happened to me, 3 guys I recruited a year ago. It’s kinda morally wrong because I was going through a rough patch and made a clan just to make friends. Looking back on it now kids can be cruel. I enjoyed watching this, looked like you were having lots of fun not in a mean or nasty way.
While I understand that I shouldn't support this, but ruining the life of 10 people once is better than having them ruin lives of a hundred for an entire wipe, and they won't even struggle to recover. Zergs are the reason for complaints from many people, from what I see, so I understand those that would do that and it's not even the worst thing that has been done on Rust. Like, Rust is getting so "realistic" that one would expect there to be deceit and backstabbing, which is still a part of gameplay

@@notyannz i have 8k hours in rust most of those hours solo, rust isnt just about farming resources for fun... once you play with a zerg like that and you have everything the fun in the game now comes from social interation and making shit happen. i know the average rust player wouldnt know much about fun and social interaction
