ATTENTION: Guys please be careful with this chain lubrication process. Today my cousin got his fingers crushed and permanently lost two of his fingers 😢. I don't even have a RE but I wanted to share this personal experience as I don't want any of you to go through that. Please let whoever in your circle that owns a RE bike know this. Be extra careful during this process and spread the word 🙏
P.S: The information I got from a third party tells me that my cousin was doing this with the engine turned on. Will mention the exact incident after contacting him directly.

yes, always rotate the wheel opposite while working with the chain.

Also it is better to spray the lube from inside of chain than outside, as the excess will just get sprayed around (despite removing excess).

Because in this video the bike was inside the factory and was already clean, but when you ride it on roads, then the chain is filled with dirt that won't come out just by the chain cleanser, I just bought a Classic 350 thats why I'm experiencing this

Don't purchase this it's not good and in high speeds all lubricant wil be on the road or on the mudguard, purchase motul and see the difference.

chain lubricant you must spray via the inside of the chain,not the outside......

Tools requires says chain brush and in the tutorial no use of brush! Looks like incomplete tutorial.

CANNOT STAND ON THEIR COMMITED DATES
Never ever have they delivered any bike on time other than Classic.
N never care to give substantial information to customers.
It's not just building machines but also backing them and supporting customers in need.
Very very pissed off with the kind of response I got from their associates, managers and Area Sales Manager
Did you forget that they have a customer care.....just call them and register a complaint....call them repeatedly.
The delay in delivery is not due to slow manufacturing....but it's due to the influence and commision that the manager or the employee does it to favour certain clients....your ordered bike would be given to someone else.....hence, customer care is the only solution.
It helped me during my classic 350 Redditch red.....the managers tone changed after a complaint and my delivery was as promised by the customer care representative.

is this same method should be done even if the chain is dirty due to rain,mud and long drive?
The chain cleaning and lubrication should be done every 500km or when required.... In monsoon season the chain should be cleaned and lubricated frequently to protect the chain from rust and greases.

Anyone looking to buy a RE motorcycle, please read this.
I purchased a next gen classic. I was not provided with a copy of the user’s manual with the bike. I was also not provided with the bill of certain accessories of the motorcycle. I wrote a couple of emails to the company regarding the same but the company has not replied yet. It has been over 15 days since I mailed the company. There is no after sales support from the company. This was not expected from RE. Highly disappointed!

No chain should be cleaned with cleaner. There is no need of water.
