Sad because if they had kept the writers and planned things out better it would probably be great. I really wish all these game devs would learn to stick to what worked instead of constantly trying to change things that didn’t need changing.
@@JaelaOrdo Innovation has to come from somewhere so change is often necessary in some regard, but in this case this much isn't necessary or even good for the IP. Any further judgement from me however will be held until I see the final product.
@@grim-4552 that’s fair, at this point I’m just worried with how many companies make pointless changes or just release broken unfinished games that Dread Wolf will be an Andromeda level disaster for BioWare.
@@JaelaOrdo Andromeda, Anthem, Battlefront II's initial release, Dragon Age II, SWTOR's last three expansions... EA/Bioware has a track record of doing stupid crap when by all accounts the games should be an easy win. So we'll just have to wait and see.
🤦🏻♂️Sera is definitely the worst companion ever in all Dragon Age. Overall, the cast of companions wasn't really one of Inquisition's strengths except for a couple of them.
Even if they weren’t all great I’m just happy Inquisition had more companions than 2 did. Origins still has the best in the series though (and some of BioWares best overall imo)
Your opinion mate, she's one of my favs. I don't agree with everything about her and what she says, but that's the beauty of it. I could say the same for some others now, like Vivienne, who I used to hate until I saw a bit more of nuance in here. The writing is there mate.
Love Sera. Out of all the companions she felt like she never saw me as an idol just a friend.
I did enjoy that about her, Dorian too.

Considering they fired all of their writing staff yeah no doubt that Dread Wolf will be much different than intended when Trespasser was made.

The game has been in development long enough that we can assume a large bulk of the writing was done before the layoffs.
I am more shocked that you kept Red Jenny than anything really
Kept her around mainly for the interactions with other characters like this one.
