Tip for the zucchini: run it across a cheese grater. My beardie's a fiend for butternut squash and grating it into little slivers has been the best way for me to get a ton of it together in a form that's easy for him to eat.
Every time I eat a salad my beardies look at me like…. “Where’s my bowl?” So I have to put my fork down and make 3 small bowls of bok choy with cilantro for them 😂❤ And once my fiancé was eating a bag of chips with a beardie on his shoulder… our beardie was walking down his arm to go straight into the bag 😂
Awe i wish my beardie was like yours. My poor thing is a rescue that we've had for 6 months, and all he does is eat (a little) and run around the house trying to find somewhere to sleep!

This guy's the total opposite of my Draco. He only eats if he feels like it. The only time he definitely eats his Dubia roaches is if they are white (newly moulted), otherwise sometimes he'll eat them, other times he won't. And he's very particular about his healthy greens. And even then, he won't eat them all day and then suddenly he'll eat them in the evening, when they're all dried out! 🤷 But I must be doing something right, as he's 5 years old and looking well.
My dragons fav snack is a cherry tomato. Last night, he mistook my finger for a worm and bite me for the first time ever. Damn they bite hard, and those teeth are sharp.
So my baby beardies tex's shed has started becoming the forbidden white chip and peeling off, but it's only his tail and I haven't seen anything else of him turn white just his tail....
Lol the forbidden chip! I can relate. My beardie girl Sphinx is bright orange so she looks like nacho cheese Doritos normally and a plain tortilla chip when shedding. She's got a crazy appetite though so this chip is more likely to eat someone than be eaten lol.
Chuck, darling, your humans could not possibly eat a meal without YOU near them! They are the ones who pitch fits - not you! You are a good lizard boy accommodating your lowly humans!
