- That's the Stage2 Video from my 3s Upgrade Version Xinlehong Q903.
To be honest I think the Buggy Tyres shown in the Vid. aren't the Best Quality ( Plastic ) so for Big Jumps I would go to take other Tyres like the Wltoys or Bashing Tyres.
The 12mm Hex Adapters I used aren't available any more I bought them for my Wltoys a979 100% Metal Version,but the Wltoys 12mm Hex Adapters should also fit.

I need to do it on the Xinelong 9136 I gave to my little cousin.
Just not sure about the motor...🤔 need a brushless Waterproof proof one but that fits there and the car shouldn't pass 50 km/h.
It also going to work with 9.6 lithium batteries so not sure about the ESC too. The original one is Very Good...
Already asked David Grima and Mehdi their opinions but I must always take in consideration that I will do this (re)build for a kid in a way I don't have worry about Lipos and speed Excess...🤔 we'll see...
About your video, was the first one I saw from you and it's great; your voice is clear and smooth and it was very well edited 👌

And yes... I think it's all going to be swamped despite I like very much the Xinelong ESC.
Don't know if the Dumbo radio has dual rate for (for the throttle) but I would like to go in "that way"... the kid is very smart and he will find the dual rate button 😆
Then I wanna use 9.6 Volt lithium batteries.
Since I gave the car to him I'm not able to sleep well, knowing there's a lipo in a house that the parents (despite my warnings and instructions) just don't care...🤦🏻
On the other hand, with lithium batteries he can charge them himself without problems.

To be honest it's an totally amazing car really today or tomorrow Iam loading up my new vid. With big bashing tyres this thing is an beast believe me 😃🤙🏽

It's about 50-60 kmh on 3s the gears are short and you only can give full throttle when your near to the top speed 😍but that makes that thing an beast stay tuned maybe in the next hours or tomorrow the new vid is up bro 😉

With the cap off the shock and oil onside while at full extention push all the way in and pull all the way out then put cap on shock then it will work better
It gets the air out of the bottom

On the Xinlehong I don't use LOCTITE no need,but when Iam using I have the blue LOCTITE that's perfect 👌🏽

Remember if you're limited in space the higher C rate allways makes the lipo a little bit thicker.

@@a-ztube Like the part number LS12, or the screws that you mount the shocks on with. I know I could buy them specifically online for the car but I imagine if I knew what type/size of screw they actually use they could be purchased much cheaper and faster.

They're 17mm long and something between 1.5-2mm wide so should be m2.

Hi, I have purchased the oil filled shox but the bottom holes on the shox seems too big can not hold on the front lower arm.
Also the the holes already has a metal nut on it, very hard to get it off. Seems not the same as your one. Do you have any idea about where can get the correct and fit the Q901 model ? Thank you

Hey my Friend to be honest the Xinlehong is one of the best cars really I love this tiny car more then all my other cars and you can do whatever you want with it it's a fun car very durable and stock brushless. If you want to drive everywhere doing jumps and weheelys get the Xinlehong Q903 no doubt about it.
If you like to have more an show car with metal upgrades or an high speed car then go for the wltoys 124019 that's what these two are about 😉🦾💯🏎

these suspensions are nice but I would be scared to put them on the car. The angle of the axle is way to open. This usually causes premature wear of the diff cups

why dont you just buy some decent oil filled shocks and put some 40 wt fluid in them? your ride woulnt be bouncy at all other than that im digging the setup, good content and good editing

Surely the shocks are too long. No room to bounce as they look nearly fully depressed when not in use. They must bottom out over bumps and jumps ?

Happy New Year. I don't know. The end of the shock is too large and doesn't stay on the chassis. It's 1/12 scale shocks for you too ? The xinlehong shocks are not oil shock (or i'm wrong).

@@a-ztube hey I check a lot of Time, and use your link to be sure... And i've got Wltoys 12428 FY-03 1/12. But the end of the shock is too large or it's the chassis if the car that's too small. I don't know. But the 100mm are too long too.

Mine doesn't make flips on 3s in low mode anymore.....
But like I sayed before you need to adjust your driving behaviour to it and you'll can do anything with it you can do a speed run giving more and more power till an point you can give full power not giving full from start you can drive wheelies and full from start you can make backflips even with this power in jumps you can make flips hard to control,but still possible 😉👍🏽
Anyway if it's all to much you can stay at the 2s lipo....

These cars are garbage money pits. Brass pinon and alloy spur with no way to set gear mesh. Constantly shredding no matter what grease. I have a Q901, Q903, and a 9125. This is my 2nd summer with them, I spend more time replacing gears than playing with them. Wanted to love them, but the are faulty by design.

Strange I never had any problems with mine and driving it upgraded for years on 3s lipo 🤔....only thing a Dogbone needed to replaced,but my fault shocks were to long and grinded....
