Hello sir. Pls how do I reset my installer password? The owner password is good but I made mistake in installer password and can't remember it. Also we just connected the grid but the inverter does not sense the grid. Could it be because no CT has been connected? It shows fault shutdown in the app and says in previous alarms fault No Grid detected. Is AC virtual? Thanks.
