@nahaagg4444 .... More sweat without work = less work. The goal should be to work more and work harder, not just sweat. All the years of my training, I know with absolute certitude that I was able to work harder and longer when I wasn't so overheated. Aside from that, sweatshirts and hoodies trap moisture, bacteria, and other little microbes that rashgiard doesn't. So, what's YOUR point.

Wrestlers need to remove the sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatpants, and the cotton tees.... RASHGUARD. If you work hard, you will sweat.
And hard work plus long sleeves equals more sweat so what’s your point
