This looks like a perfect base for a bike-towed teardrop trailer.

Yes it's a great design & you get the "assembly" pdf however, there's no information on the braking system with the rim motor or the pivot system above the fork - so basically it's useless to the average person. Great idea - crap on functionality.

Pues todo muy bonito. La verdad se ven estupendos. Y esos planos, que supongo, deben de estar bien explicados y detallados. Lástima que no pueda distinguir las medidas.

Why the third wheel?

For stability, load capacity and to keep it horizontal when the bicycle is not in use.

@@OHOOpenSourceDIYBlueprints thanks for the reply, cornering, then correcting might cause it too flip, its an issue with 3 wheels. Except for that and the slightly increased rolling resistence i like it.
Would be neat too see the data on the other benefits. Have you built it?

No weight transfer on the bike... And the front wheel of the trailer is electric

It is nice that you reverse-engineered it!
However, paying someone to follow these blueprints (in USA) would cost 25-75% of Carla's price.

Hello, thanks for your comment. It is not a replica of the current Carla Cargo, but a design based on this, the manufacture will depend on the cost of labor in your area, you can reuse some materials, I will soon be publishing one that we did economic and satisfactory.
