For me, it's been 5 years and I still rage over how I was discarded, the lies etc. I have to fight it. Wish I never met them.
Thank you for this. I've loved someone for 30 years, and she is a narcissist who never cared about me, except the time I sent her money while she was in jail. I'd like to "disconnect" from this toxic love, so I can move forward. Alone is better than a ball and chain tying me down.

For me it's been over a year of feeling this magnetic pull towards this person that I am in love and head over heels for! Never ever have I experienced this kind of attachment with any one in my life. I miss this person when we are apart really it put tears in my eye with a heavy heart.
I was wondering if they feel it to but continue to chose there own path to seeing and dating other people.
For me I do not care to date anyone because this person is who I know is for me and forever will be even if they do not want to admit it to themselves.
I cannot force this spiritual love upon them because it is the choice to decide it's for them and to move forward and complete the oneness of us and we give the love that belongs forever within..

Yes a different level. I just think it's me getting to the other side of the sadness of her not reciprocal.
It is something even when I am happy.
Yes it's a spiritual connection from my feelings for her.
whatever triggers it at such a level, God is my go to for relief from the pain or obsessing.

Excellent video Aliki! I have dealt with this before. It's not easy, because your heart never truly lets you forget someone who made such a wonderful impact on you when you needed it the most. But, at some point, you have to realize what is reality vs. what you WANT to be reality. And sometimes how our hearts see someone is not how are brains should be looking at a situation (logically)...And sometimes it's the exact opposite, and our brains are attracted, but our hearts aren't.
That being said, sometimes we can manifest our dreams into reality, but we have to accept that some things are simply not in God/The Universe's plan for us, no matter how badly we want it to be. And that fact hurts when we finally realize this, and it can be very depressing. But something greater will almost always come along when you least expect it...But always at the exact right time that it's supposed to. 🙂

He has hijacked my mind for weeks, I woke up from a nightmare(we were arguing angrily and by the way we never did this, we discussed things calmly) and burst into tears. I Googled him and saw his Dad's obituary.
This keeps happening to me with my ex. I know I'm not alwats thinking of him, sometimes. But he keeps popping up in my thoughts, it's quiet frustrating. Because I'm thinking am I obsessed with him. It's so comforting to listen, to you. You absolutely hit it on the nail on the head. I was even married, and I don't think about my ex husband at all.

If so, how do I do that? Is it something only I can know if I meditate or journal or dedicate my time to ponder on deeply?

This would be amazing. I was considering sitting down and writing on paper a hundred times some statement like "i do not ruminate over him" or "i let go of thinking about so n so" or something bc it's really affecting me every day. I do not usually take much more than a month or so to get over an attachment.. He still expresses interest on occasion but i feel desperate energy just engulfing me and it's pathetic. Also, i fully understand the benefit of letting go. Of focusing on my own thing, but this feels like i am under a spell! It's been over a year. Day in, day out. It doesn't help that the person has a TH-cam channel that i love and have learned so much from on a deep level, and one day we met... It was such "kismet" to me. When you say that the connection is trying to tell me something - i feel like that has everything to do with it. I am inspired by him to do something similar to what he does and i think since i appreciate him for his essence... I am meant to follow my own desire to speak confidently on the topics i want to share (like he does). I feel like when i try to do anything other than check out his channel.. Or think of him... Or move the hell on... I can't stop this CONSTANT thinking of him. It's ridiculous. I don't know what to do at this point. I feel like i am about to try hypnosis bc i cannot seem to get control over how he dominates my thoughts.
I am so sorry for the rant. What i set out to say was "thank you" and i would love and appreciate a video with specifics. Lol. ❤
