the incident of having accessories to be include in my quotation but when i asked them i don't like that they said i ll get car after 10 weeks, i tweet to maruti and after that the dealer removed the accesories amount

Registration $250
Sales tax $850
Other exp $200
But I bought it at $21400 that also on door it means a long with registration and sales tax.
Which is way cheaper than the MSRP price too.

Suppose, If you are buying a new car in 2023 & dealer is giving a 2022 manufacture vehicle. In such case you can even negotiate on Ex - Showroom Price.
Price is applicable at the time of delivery.

Bharat Series is only Available for Government Employees and in Very Few States . In Andhra Pradesh The Government Hasn't Introduced BH Series .

When i had to purchase, then i just said this is my offer, ofcourse i was standing with cheque book in hand.

BH is Only for Government Employees because they Transfer All Over India 🇮🇳 . It is Still Not for Private Employees, Businessmen and Farmers .

Registration happens in state basis residence city of individual. So if you don't stay in Puducherry then can't register there
Also if by any chance you register in Puducherry then in event movement in Maharashtra traffic cops may demand payment of road tax again at specified period citing sec47 of motor vehicle act

Things have changed now. With year long waiting periods it is the sellers market now. Dealers do not negotiate at all. Best you can do is refuse value added services and accessories pack from the dealership. Rest hardly any scope to save
