I wish I could get my hands on the the Elf brow lift. It's sold out everywhere! I'd love to see a review on the new primer. I did manage to get that but haven't used it yet. I just don't wear makeup as much as I used to anymore. I feel more comfortable going out without it these days. Maybe that speaks highly of my skincare routine?? Or maybe I just realized it doesn't matter that much what everyone else thinks?? Either way it's very freeing. Thanks for the comparison. Elf has really been killing it lately!

Unsolicited tip: I use an empty Boy Brow container/spoolie for the Brow Freeze. It works perfectly and I can get a few days out of one coating of the brush! I usually roll the spoolie in the product and roll it around on my hand, to get it into the brush. Fabulous! I’m definitely getting the ELF one next!

Hi Shelley you were so animated in this video lol and I'm glad you're so happy with it. My brows are still fairly decent, due to never plucking them into oblivion when thin brows were all the rage (I'll be fifty in a couple of weeks). My mum overplucked in the sixties and was a cautionary tale re this, so I just kept mine tidy. I get them threaded to keep a good shape, tint them myself and use a brow fibre coloured mascara thing (the Benefit gimme grow). That's it - no pencils, pens, clear gels, pomades etc etc. I've tried many affordable alternatives to the gimme brow, but it's the shade that's the thing. I use shade one and have very light blonde brows (I'm ultra pale and have blonde hair naturally). Most affordable brow products are either too warm or too dark in shade to work on my brows. The gimme brow is the right shade, gives a bit of extra fullness with the fibres and keeps mine in place all day - it does everything I need it to tbh. A bottle lasts me 10 to 12 months making it a decent value (I don't need much on a daily basis) and it's really easy to use. I've given up trying other things as it just works really well for me and I have no need to change. As it lasts so long it isn't expensive for the length of time used and especially when you consider it's my only product. For those who really wanted the ABH it's good there is a good affordable alternative now though. Best wishes.

Thanks for finding this and doing a video. I too use the ABH Brow Freeze and as a second one I sometimes use the Benefit Brow stuff which also works pretty well. But I am definitely going to replace the Brow Freeze with the elf when I run out. And the bending the spoolie is genius. I've been so frustrated with it that I've been using a Tatcha spatula to scoop the stuff out and put on my brow and then following up with a spoolie to comb through. So all in all, this video is a total win. That's $6 well spent (and will also be even if it's $8 or $10 in Canada). Thanks as always.
I've worn the Elf every day since filming this one and I'm in love. And it lost that whitish look in the jar - totally clear now just like the ABH. I literally can't tell them apart anymore in the jar. My wallet can though 😂
Your brows look great. I love finding super affordable dupes for favorites, too. This may seem like a bizarre suggestion but here goes. I have even more unruly brows than you. Putting brow gel on them before I sleep helps keep them more under control the next day. Used nightly as well as during the day seems to train them to behave better. And I notice that the worst brow is the one I tend to sleep on. I had not considered using this new product in that way, but I think I’ll give it a go.
Just a thought, if you trim your left brow hairs about 1/16th of an inch, you can brush those babies up and not have to spend so much time on laying them back down. If I use a brow serum to get mine to grow, I get a few hairs that will grow to close to 1/2" long but it doesn't help the 'bush factor' - I'd love bushy brows!!! So I do have to trim those long ones to corral them back in. I am SO happy that this elf product exists b/c I wouldn't spend the $$ on the ABH! And yes, please review the new primer. It’s so funny how everyone is different, because I bought all three of these (ABH, Elf brow lift, and Ebin edge tamer), and my favorite, by far, is the Ebin edge tamer. And actually, if you go by the price per ounce, the Ebin is by far the cheapest as well.
My brow freeze turned white. And I’ve always kept it tightly closed I don’t know what happened. I see that other people have had theirs turned white as well. So I was curious to see yours before you opened it, and then yours was clear!
Oh wow! I'm probably 2/3 through that little pot and it's still clear. I just looked up my order and I got it Jan 21, 2021 so it's a year old now. Still seems fine. I don't do anything special other than capping it when I'm not using it. Bummer that some seem to have turned!

I've worn it every day since! =D It wears identically to the ABH on me, though I'm not sure how either one wears on oily skin. I'm not sure my skin even knows what oil is 😂 except for what I slather it in at night lol

I'm so dangerous with scissors 😂 I used to trim them but a couple nightmarish slips and I was like.... back away slowly from the scissors......

3 Cool was just a tiny bit too dark for me in the Airbrush but not so much that I can't wear it.
I have both the elf and abh. I like the elf better because it will never get any white crusties.

It's fantastic!!!! I've worn it every day since! =D Totally holds up and I can't tell the difference between it and the ABH in the way it wears.
