You'll love it trust me. Especially if you play a lower bass instrument or a low reed instrument. My band actually got straight ones on this in UIL Concert Contest.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE this piece!!!! I wish my band would play it! It would be awesome to play when we go to Disneyland or Florida or even just at showcase. But until then I'll have to settle for just listening to it on youtube.😂
Our band played this song for the end of the year concert. 40 students and everyone had great parts. Finally we had good parts for the my little freshman bassoon player and I.
Awesome! we "tried" to play this too, but our band only consist of 28 members haha. So we couldn't get past The Medallion Calls lol... LOVE this though =p
just because you have a small band doesn't mean you cant play it...our was was a small 40 piece band and we got straight ones on this piece. We didn't have any bassoons so I had to play the bassoon solo on my Tenor Saxophone.
Now if they can slow down intro and the song before He's a Pirate song, then those parts would sound amazing instead of sounding like they are rushed, but overall not bad
it's amazing song. i'm addicted to all hans zimmer's and klaus badelt's songs!
Hopefully gonna play this in my band's upcoming performance. We're all so excited!
YAAESS GURL!
YOU KNOW WHAT, we need to plan another gathering together and just watch Pirates of Caribbean together!
Aye, matey!

I've rearranged this entire piece (minus percussion) for a drum corps. Three trumpet parts, two mellophone, two baritone, one Euphonium, and one tuba.
