Thanks everyone for watching, this video triggered a lot of harsh comments and seems there are a lot of assumptions and judgments being made without understanding the full situation. Just to clarify this happened a few years ago and Gladys is not justifying those actions in any way. We talked in the video on how foreigners do play a role when leading with their wallet in a place with poverty and desperation. Even with good intentions this helps create an environment of easy access to life-changing money which can lead to desire and sometimes greed. But it's not to say that Gladys doesn't take responsibility she's not blaming anyone and I'm not suggesting that either. It's just good to be open-minded and try and understand the whole picture. She has changed a lot since then over the last few years and has grown as a person and part of her opening up about this is to continue to grow as a person, be vulnerable and share with everyone the kind of things that do happen here often. I think most people make mistakes in their life and do things that are regretful but what can you do at that point besides try and become a better person one day at a time. I've only known Glladys for a short time but the person that I feel she is now is someone who is a good person learning from mistakes made and she wants to treat people kindly and respectfully. She wants to live a life of honesty and transparency, she understands the harm of lying and the impacts it causes. It's really hard to capture everything in one little interview I did my best to capture everything and look at it from different angles but I also think it's important to not jump to conclusions and to give people a chance. Again just to clarify I think everyone's on the same page that misleading someone for monetary gain is very bad and no one is justifying it despite how anything may have come across. What I think is cool about this video and interview is it's an honest inside look into something that is very common here not only for what many Filipinas do with foreigners but also for us foreigners who come to the Philippines and even with good intentions thinking we can get what we want because of our financial status and how that can impact the dating environment here, are we sometimes adding fuel to the fire? As always thanks for watching everyone, cheers
@@fnqwaz5816 Bargirls are genuine so you know what the gig is up front. What she did was defraud someone who continuously helped her (as she said) albeit with the expectation of a future relationship. Kinda horrible behavior from a mom.
I didn't read any "hate" in the comments, just a lot of value judgements, which is to be expected given the medium and subject matter. So "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"....right? While I'll be the first to admit I've engaged in unethical behavior in the past, its one thing to do it, another to admit it, then another to describe it publicly ON TH-cam for everyone to see. I don't know how old her children are, but can you imagine the shock, embarrassment, and hurt her children (or other family members) would feel when they see Gladys describe such behaviors? If that was my Mom or sister or daughter I would have ZERO respect from that point on. So maybe its a cultural acceptance thing. Maybe its OK in the PH culture to defraud people for money. I spend time there and yes I've seen that as I'm sure you have as well. It would be interesting to understand how her family feels about her past behavior. Is it "Way to go Mom! Good job getting the cash!" or something other than that. Because I've seen worse in the PH. Like "familial sex trafficking" is culturally acceptable there and that was shocking to me and still is. That's where young daughters are "strongly encouraged" to go find dates for pay so the family can eat. And it's too common. And now you have young Filipinas on "live" YT dancing and taking showers in their underware and asking for Paypal. Unethical? Inappropriate? Or justifiable behavior because of extreme poverty and lack of social services? Each must decide. But if you publish content describing questionable behavior you have to be prepared for opinions......good or bad.
@@drspeedmon I think what was missed in the video is properly describing that this happened years ago, properly explaining how she knows it was wrong, and also properly explaining how over the last few years she has changed her life completely. No one is arguing about whether or not her actions were right or wrong or justifiable. I changed the word hate to harsh, it's OK to have a negative opinion I think everyone is on the same page about scammers and manipulating people it's extremely common here and it's so bad, I make a lot of videos talking about it. I just think it's easy to throw a harsh comment in a comment section but it takes more thoughtfulness and empathy to see a deeper and bigger picture of her story and that whole environment here. I think just calling someone disgusting and other harsh words like that doesn't take much thought and would seem that maybe they didn't even watch the whole video or consider different perspectives. I wonder would these people say that to her face or just on a comment section? Do they consider that this was years ago when that happened and that people change? Does that matter? Do they realize that she agrees that it's totally wrong and she regrets it? Do they know of her healthy and happy relationship with her kids/family and friends how she loves them? I was hoping this would encourage more thought and discussion rather than just easily throwing harsh comments without trying to also see different perspectives. For me I thought just her honesty alone opening up about her past and being vulnerable I actually respect her for that because I know she's put in the work to change from her past. It's an interesting inside look to a very common thing here, it's wrong without a doubt and I also think some foreigners do play part in fueling this type of environment here . Even good guys who are genuine, The supporter talked about in the video was a good guy but he was quick to offer large sums of money and even houses. It came from a good place but when you're doing that to someone who is poor and desperate who you haven't even met because you want to build a perfect future for yourself Knowing that money will make that happen, you have to know how that can impact a poor desperate Filipinas thinking and the more it happens the more some Filipinas can get caught up in a world of greed like she did. It's still wrong what she did but there's lots of things to consider is all I'm saying and I thought it was a cool opportunity to see into this topic and learn from it. Btw Some of the responses were more thoughtful I appreciate that. And I appreciate your message and sharing your opinion as well, cheers 🙏
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the bad becomes good.We need more of this in today world.Takes lot of inner work , bravery, guts and hard work to defeat your "demons".Main point is she didn't use money to have high life, travel, gamble etc she was more how to feed the kids , family and to survive.Bravo Gladys and all others (you know who you are.)For me, her interview helped me enormously to understand the mentality and culture and why they did what they did. Thankyou. Wishing you all the best
I wish this story wasn't common, but it is. I think this is the norm guys. The attitude, the story , everything. Gladys is unusual because she is telling the truth, that's all. Everyone who is coming to PH needs to understand this.
I have been to Buranguys in the Philippines that have half of the woman have did online dating. Husbands will tell the wife to do it. Moms teach daughters and grand daughters to do it. I know one family that has mom and three daughters doing it. Two of the daughters have meet men many times.
I've watched a LOT of TH-cam videos on the Philippines in the past year or so, but I have to say, that this was the most informative interview I have ever seen. Kudos to you for finding someone that was willing to tell her story
no doubt about that, it's hard to get people to share a story in person so openly and honestly... and to do that on TH-cam is definitely rare. And on top of that she's just a cool, smart and very nice girl. Everyone makes mistakes most people won't open up about it like this.
@@ChadFosterExplores Chad, she uses some bs "i'm a victim" to justify being a horrible person. Please have more morals than these low quality individuals. Everyone has had something happen to them. It's not an excuse to then turn around and be toxic.
Bro, this was the most open & honest TH-cam interview I’ve watched on this topic. I’m a 59 year old dude considering retiring in the Philippines at 62 for financial reasons, inexpensive housing, and quality of life. Chasing skirt is third or fourth on my list. I greatly appreciated this gal’s honesty and your probing questions to get the answers. Well done. Ignore the haters on here, do you.
I find her absolutely disgusting. I don’t care how many times you’ve been dumped on, you don’t throw your ethics out, (if she ever really had any). I’m really surprised Chad that you didn’t call her out on this sh!t. Eli the simp should really watch his back.
You have to look at it like an illness. Whose the carrier, and whose the receiver. She's simply taking money away from one who caused this enabling behavior. Other words, both are bad.
They are all like that in these female-run countries. I’ve been going to Philippines and Thailand for about 7 years and I am genuinely surprised guys fall for them as they really are disgusting. Their lies and manipulation is disgusting, but it’s so much more than that, it’s a deep rooted and learned non-respect for men. They don’t listen to you (respect), which manifests all the time in things as simple as slow response times with texts or simply telling you what to do, which they will definitely tell you to not date other girls while they will 100% not reciprocate. I’ve ran through hundreds and spoke to tens of thousands and I have been disgusted by all of them.
Her level of dishonesty and false victimhood. She led along guys she wasn't attracted to then becomes a victim when they weren't honest with her. Toxic.
Ouch. You do not know her full story. Neither do I, but I can promise you that she and many women here are just trying to survive. Many are single moms just trying to figure out how to feed their kids. The situation can be toxic and often is...but it is a dance between 2 people. I also have seen it work out in a beautiful way in which 2 people with different needs come to gather to create a secure stable relationship.
@@marcoexplores4175 She has plenty of time to sit in front of phone cameras and do TH-cam videos like this so she is NOT struggling to survive or figuring out how to feed her kids as you say single moms are stuck living as such. Don't be the simp you are 24/7 bro.
@@paulwerdak5888 Ah yes, name-calling...he highest form of intellectual discourse. Thank you for your investigative reporting and research. Now we all know her for who she really is.
So, what have learned, she loves foreigner money, she loves being a side chic and after 3 years in an "open" relationship, no ring no commitments. Gotta love her honesty.
@@frankd9015That’s not a reasonable excuse at all. I’m had SO MANY setbacks with women I’ve tried to romantically pursue and not once did those bad experiences have me even contemplating harming innocent women, or even the women who weren’t truthful with me.
This is the saddest and most disturbed thing I have ever witnessed. She was crapped on by a self absorbed abusive young man, than again by a lying rich foreigner so she became detached and in many ways just like parasites who destroyed her. Now we are to celebrate that she is honest about being dishonest? Then she has a choice between simp A or simp b (both weak men and both too disconnected to commit) and reduces her future to transactional relationships. This is NOT a success story. This is further evidence that western corporate culture, material hedonism is marching through the rest of the world. God help us, especially those poor kids she is raising and providing an example for.
hey thanks for sharing your thoughts. I don't think anyone's calling this a success story it's just telling a story and being 100% honest about it most people are unable to do that and most people have made mistakes acknowledging and giving her credit for being honest I think is appropriate it's nothing more than that. but on another note, she's a great person who learned some lessons many people never learn lessons Thanks for watching
If a person has integrity and a good soul they won't be able to bring themselves to hurt a good person regardless of how much they've been jerked around by others. This woman has neither.
She didnt force or even ask for this guys money. He offered it with expectations of giving him a leg up. He was going to buy her a house and then buy huis own house that she could com visit. He was BUYING someone. HE is the problem. Not her.
I used to watch Gladys and I will not be watching her anymore on TH-cam. She acts like she has absolutely no remorse about what she did that she cares nothing about the other guys feelings or the money she took from him and that is why I will never send anybody money I don’t care who they are, what a completely disgusting person
@@tydamon7316 I don’t care what she did did you see how she laughed about when she was living on another guys dime going out and finding somebody else she thought it was funny. Oh, it was easy were her exact words no remorse no thought for the other people involved. Whatever was the bigger better deal is what she went for no morals. It wasn’t what she did. It was her total disregard of what she did the lack of empathy or concern for how it affected. The other people involved the way she acted like it was even funny. That’s the problem if I were Eli cause she said it in the video, he can teach me so much. What happens when somebody comes along that can teach her even more
Anyone who says they want to "suck money out of someone else" and who constantly lies is a scumbag. I don't think she deserves respect. Why do we have to respect her just because she came on the podcast?
I think there's something to be said for the "what comes around, goes around" nature of her story and how it shaped her to be that person. But in my eyes, she has grown as a person. Yes, the story was somewhat uncomfortable to listen to for someone who would be looking for a traditional relationship, but the story is "real" nonetheless. In the end, maybe it is our own realities that need adjustment.
Good interview, Chad. Whether or not you agree with some of the things she has done, her story to me is one of survival. She has a youtube channel now, and hopefully is earning enough to live comfortably. I would probably look at her situation differently if she were living in the US, where there are more opportunities. Thanks for sharing your story, Gladys.🏝🇵🇭
Did you listen to the WHOLE thing or just picked parts and made your decision? people don't just become who they are, this fwk society gets them there. How many times do you let yourself get kicked in the ribs, go to 'therapy' and suffer before you realize, ENOUGH! MY TURN!
Thank you Chad and thank you Glayds. Your honesty is incredible. Honesty truly is the best policy. I have been scammed worldwide and it made me angry. It wasn't until I came to the Philippines did I understand the circumstances Filipinos and the impact of poverty. I struggled with money for over 30 years in SoCal and it sucked. I can only imagine living life under the circumstances in the Philippines. What irritates me the most is the attitudes of the men. Using women in general and Filipinas in particular just for sex is appalling. How we treat others is the greatest measure of who we really are. Misogyny at any level is the long lived standard and it's truly sad. Respecting each other is the only true strength in any relationship. Looking forward to part 2
She’s not a victim the guys were upfront with what they wanted and no one was telling her to give it up. She made that decision on her own free will. She’s using it as an excuse to be a pos. There’s a reason that the local guy left her as a single mother. There’s reasons why guys are told to avoid single moms and this is a prime example, it’s always the guys fault. Who told you to have unprotected sex before and have a kid. 🤷♂️
NO WRONG Its not always the guys fault. It IS the guys fault he thinks his money is all he has to offer a woman. TOO many men think all they have to do is wave money around and they will have love. If you dodnt want to be fleeced stop trying to BUY women.
Looking at her channel and hearing her story, I have come to the conclusion she most likely has spent her life on walking street and bars. You can't call it revenge if it's not against the original person that wronged you. Not only does she act like this, but feels justified telling it to the world as though it's a good thing. That's how far the delusion goes. wow
It is her personal world; what mundane world do you live in that would justify such honesty? People have no justification to being for being so judgmental, if they think they are so pure and infallible.
Tell them you are POOR fellas, you are bankrupt, you lost everything in Divorce, Hurricane, Typhoon etc.... the one that sticks around is the right one. Look for a genuine, sincere, loyal, educated, kind woman.
Actually, a poor women that is having trouble getting food will stay with a poor man that can give her rice. Because she sticks around doesn't mean she loves you. I can't tell you how many women I know here in the USA that would leave their husbands in two 2 seconds if they had the money to do so.
Interesting. I do want to point out that this approach of fabrication might keep the dishonesty energy flowing. How just direct honesty? "I do not give money to someone I have not met." "I will not support that, and here's why."
Once a woman’s confidence boost’s up, regardless how nice she is , her humbleness will start to soon fade away and then she will join the rest of the gold digging opportunist club.
@@firstnamelastname6717 exactly what is it women are supposed to be humble about and with whom??? If men don’t try to buy allegiance and or affection women would have nothing to dig. Chad, great video. I have watched Gladys previously and her honesty is actually refreshing contrary to the many haters. I have traveled and lived here for a while and met many women including many of the popular vloggers and I know first hand honesty is often not entirely being represented. Males online are constantly using money for ill gain with filipinas, now someone is actually honest about using the many offers of money support. Not that I agree with her actions and she is not "wife" material but still honesty is refreshing.
Thank you Chad for giving me the space to share a fragment of my story, for holding a safe space for me to be open and vulnerable. You being open and curious allowed me to express myself more raw and authentic. This was healing in it's own way as I myself have judge Me for the things I've done in my past, felt shame and guilt for what was considered 'wrong' in the eyes of the society As I listened to myself all I feel now is awe and amazed for the courage to be dislike by others for choosing to be true, for being brave to admit that I am human, I am not perfect but also realized that I am not broken The actions I did in the past lead me to where I am now and I couldn't be more grateful for all the experience and learnings I have along the way. This inspires me to share more stories that are real and raw to invite more people to be authentic to be vulnerable to be open to be more compassionate and understanding. You are doing great Chad , thank you for sharing this story ❤
@@GladysOnLove it was my pleasure and thank you for being so open and sharing your story of your past it takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable like that most people could never do it, I know you've grown so much since then. Ignore the haters on here and thanks again for your time with me. Cheers
Guys will offer money to women online for a variety of reasons, but I believe most of those reasons are genuinely good. I have done it myself, not any meaningful amount of money to me, but something significant and helpful to her. In my case I did it because I was genuinely interested in my Filipina gf that I met on a dating site. I also did it in a genuine sense of compassion for another human being going thru what I know for a fact is a life of harsh poverty, and I did it for the sake of doing some good in this world, it was a gift not meant to be repaid in any way or fashion it was just coming straight from the heart. So when a woman takes this financial help while at the same time being dishonest, deceptive , a liar, and running around with other men, I find that to be a trait of a truly rotten person. Rotten because of the dishonesty and the deception. We live in a rotten world full of dishonesty and deception, most advertisements for products on sale convey some form of dishonesty and deception and I truly hate that. Wonderful is the Filipina that even though she is accepting money from the foreigner, she is being a truly honest, humble and good-hearted person, being honest all the way is a sign of good character and a good moral compass. Those women do exist, and rotten women exist also, it is our job as men to have enough common sense to be able to decipher when a woman is lying and being dishonest. Some men are so stupid that they throw huge amounts of money away like idiots, I only gave a small but helpful amount, and my gf was better for it, and I felt good helping another human in need. I met my gf on a couple of occasions travelling to the Philippines, but eventually I had to break up because of the distance barrier and I was not ready to commit fully, but I felt that her intentions were genuine with me and I judged her to be of good character and good moral compass, she never asked me for money and I only offered her money of my own volition , based on knowing what her life was like, knowing that she was earning only 6 or 7 dollars a day in her job and finishing her university, the Philippines is a cruel country to its people, those are facts.
@@livethemoment5148 I bet you any money she was chatting 40 other guys at the same time you were giving her money, and meeting another many many guy's going to resorts and sleeping with them each week while you were giving her all this help... So sad guys like you so naive what the filipina's are doing.
So, let me get this straight, Gladys said the "trap" of being a liar; meaning she was trapped into lying to foreigners. Then, she said begging or telling stories to receive free money is an "addiction" meaning NOTHING is her fault. She is the victim who has been "trapped" and forced into "Addiction" of being a scammer. She is not as rotten as girls in America, she is worse. She mentioned a guy named Eli, but Eli must not have too many options if he is being loyal to a woman who is a single mother with kids AND a woman who disappears to go meet with a 50yr old who (her so-called supporter) appears in the Philippines. And the 50yr old is banging her, then goes back to Eli? Are you kidding me? They give foreigners a bad reputation of being desperate when there are sooooo many single Filipinas who are younger with no kids and no damage to their souls like this lady. No way.
This is why fellas be very careful of the Filipinas looking for a “Savior”!! She’s in a mess, whether it’s poverty, single mother, other circumstances, … There’s nothing inherently wrong with these things in and of themselves. Some women just have this sorta mindset that they’re seeking a man to “fix” their lives. Money! Seek out the young college girls, at least if you’ll “help” them, she’s gonna graduate in a few years!! Then she’s young, feminine, educated and beautiful. Don’t get with the women that even the local guys don’t want!! Also learn the language! Advice from a man happily married to a lovely, young, educated Filipina.
@@marcoexplores4175 Agreed yes, no one is devoid of their “stuff” it’s just that coming 7k miles away to a foreign land, joining yourself with a woman who has a mixed past can be difficult. Think pair bonding, joining your lives together for the long haul, the priority you’ll have in her life as well as the priority she has in your life. How will the two of you survive (pay for your necessities) what does the relationship with money look like for the both of you. What do your goals together look like? Why bring unnecessary baggage into a newly formed and still immature relationship. Also as I mentioned above, try to learn the language, as there’s many things you’ll not understand about the Philippines and definitely the relationships both with the woman as well as with family and friends until you can.
@@marcoexplores4175differences between you being a mess and the woman being a mess: 1. Worst case scenario for you. Your money gets drained to the bottom and you end up homeless or poverty stricken 2. She ends up jumping in the sack from guy to guy to pay her bills…oh that’s right. A broken woman will be doing that even if your the sucker paying her bills. She would still be jumping in the sack with different men
@@marcoexplores4175I made that first comment before watching the video. After listening to her sob story, I have to say one thing important to keep in mind is women specialize in manipulating men. They can make something sound innocent or attempting to sanitize their stories. My default response when they’re talking is she’s engaging in that on one level or another.
subbed you both.......much respect to Gladys for sharing her story...👍....seems some folks here in the comments haven't quite grasped that the door swings both ways in this life.
So, she seems to be in a half baked relationship with Eli now. One foot inside the the door and one foot outside the door. Still no one has fully committed the other as time goes by. I guess it‘s better than jumping into another relationship that is likely to fail.
First thing, i rhink melanated Filipinas are so beautiful and exotic. Second, its hard to blame a woman for taking advantage of guys who should know better, who profess to be smarter. Learn from your mistakes. A little street smarts goes a long way. There's scandalous women everywhere.

I think this was a very interesting interview, even though I personally found it more and more uncomfortable to watch as the story progressed. I've lived here in the Philippines for about 1 year now and I'm to the point where nothing can shock me. This place is similar to my homeland (USA) in that it is a collection of contradictions. I am becoming more and more cynical, and yet I still love the Philippines and I adore Filipinas. I adore them and I fear them at the same time. I can relate to the U2 song..."I still haven't found what I'm lookin' for". But I'm not giving up yet. :)
Money throwing simps are ruining good filipinas and turning them into scammers. One can still find good ones, but it’s taking much, much longer nowadays. Filipinas are watching this and thinking, if she can do this, so can I.
@johno4869 Wow simps ruining Filipinas???? What about the local filipino guys…! They groom Filipinas, take their youth, value and turn into single moms then find another fresh young Filipina and repeat the process. 15 million single moms in the Philippines. One big pile of single moms
Wow this woman is a filipina UNICORN 😮😮 She communicates so well, it's like she's fully western, but with a beautiful soul and mind and attitude and then the end part of the interview blew my mind! Can't wait for part 2!
Poverty does not give you an excuse to scammed people, poverty does not give you the right to lie and hurt people., and play with their emotions. It’s easy to scam people for money than working hard for it. And you are feeding your family with that money. Ohhh boy ! What this society has become.
So if you were in a similar situation and could not feed your children, what would you do? I love the Les Miserables lesson: we would steal a load of bread rather than see our children suffer.
@@marcoexplores4175 let’s not promote bad behavior and put poverty as an excuse. My mom was a single mom we were poor my mom worked hard to send us 3 children to school. We are all professionals now and doing well in life. You can work hard rather than stealing and scamming people. That’s my point ! Remember she says she was working., but she chose to be lazy and easy money stealing money from foreigners on line. In North America it’s illegal to do what she did. If she did it to your brother or father you’ll let it slide because she’s poor ?

13:15 there you go guys. There's another lesson for you. Just because when you meet your Filipina she jumps into bed with you that doesn't mean that she's actually sexually attracted to you at all. She's just doing it because she thinks that's what she's supposed to do in some cases. So don't deceive yourself.
@blockaderunner 15 million single moms living in the Philippines….local guys get Filipinas pregnant then runaway and look for another fresh Filipina then repeat
This is the synopsis of human nature. Someone hurts someone and in return that person hurts someone else who is innocent of the first offense. That’s how we get hardened hearts, distrust, use one another, and have a negative perspective of relationships. No winners, everyone loses.
Gladys I appreciate your honesty. It just proves that money must be removed from the equation. No houses and money just true love and respect. But you need to break this cycle of men for your kids sake. The men are just as bad with their bullsh*t. It can't be this way for a long term relationship. I wish you the best of luck!
A betabux or betabuxx (cacography and contraction of beta bucks), also called beta male provider, is a male in a romantic relationship which is mostly predicated on him being an ATM machine, provider of drugs, housing and the like, i.e. he engages in a slow life history, high-investment reproductive strategy using his amassed resources to make up for his otherwise low looks or status or both. Many of today's beta males are thought to only be able to get laid by getting betabuxxed to used up single mothers who have been pumped and dumped by Chad. Barring rich people, one usually has to be at least a Low-tier normie for STEMmaxxing or betabuxxing to have any effect. But at least they get laid, unlike the Truecel, Incel, or Nearcel who is still likely to remain single after
Behind the smile and the giggly laughs is a lot of trauma. She is diabolical to think any of that is appropriate behavior. Stupid guys need to stop enabling this behavior. It may be difficult to find a quality lady in your home country, but at least have some self respect. And Chad, every man leads with his wallet just by his presence. The ladies decide if they want to play the short or the long game.. But both parties are aware that the trade off is beauty and youth versus stability and resources. The recipient of the blessings that is trying to remove themselves from abject poverty should be humble and appreciative to have a more fulfilling life and to no longer have to struggle in poverty. They heavily out number the men that could have hundreds of more options. Karma never sleeps...
Great interview! Thank you both so much! Thank you for your honesty! Can't wait for part two! Poor women are very expensive. Didn't seen like s good deal to me, personally.
This was very enlightening, thanks for sharing. It just goes to show, that bagging a foreigner is a way out of poverty for the ladies, but such a complex situation and endeavor for a man looking for someone genuine and faithful. I also think that with all the TH-cam exposure and date sites, that the PH ladies are more and more educated in scamming the guys online and in the Philippines too. It feels a bit like a huge mud pit which is difficult to navigate. Quite an adventure and intimidating stuff ! 🤔 Thanks again Chad, stay well.
There was a time, before social media and dating apps, when it was fairly easy to find a wonderful, traditional woman who would stick with you. Nowadays, Filipinas have unlimited choices and "income streams" from foreign SIMPS. Many of those girls have been played by foreigners and they have adjusted their strategies so they flipped the script ;-).
@@garyzies3486Most of those women don’t take their time in getting to know the men, and rush into physical intimacy and relationships, when they need to get back into traditionalism and courtship, in my opinion.
@@Sniper416-yy8hu For an increasing portion of the "available" girls, traditionalism and courtship is boring and not as profitable as "freelancing" or LDR dating.
@@garyzies3486 True, pure, and healthy relationships are not “businesses” to make a profit, and are supposed to be “boring,” to a degree, since there is mostly monotony and order in them. If money is a concern, I urge the women to seek men who are financially stable and reasonably generous.
Darker skin made you a target for foreigners and lighter skin would have been targeted by politicians or Filipino billionaires. There is no escape. Thanks for sharing your story but it is similar to many women.
I'll say it plain and simple. Men need to learn that there's a difference between love and lust. Men (more than women) make the mistake of confusing the two. Men, this message is for you. It's not love when you're dealing with a woman so much as lust. When you're attracted to a woman because she's hot, that's lust. NOT LOVE! I'll tell you what love is. Love is when you have a DEEP and truly meaningful relationship with any person, man, woman, child etc and you show true compassion and caring for that individual. So for example, you get a call in the next half an hour. It's your friend and he's stuck in a ditch miles away and he needs your help. That's love if you help him. You drop everything you're doing and you help that individual because you have love for them. That is deeper than any relationship with a woman. Women will come and go. Friends will not. Friends are for life. Family is for life. But women and your relationship with them is a temporary thing in many cases. You may think hey this woman is the love of my life and this is going to be the most incredible relationship and I love her so much and she loves me, but guess what. You're probably wrong. So keep all of that in mind when you're dumping all of your money and your time and your life onto a woman who may end up just like this person in the video. Be careful out there. Lust is NOT love. Now if you are one of the smaller percentage of people who finds a woman who can give you both a great sex life and has a heart of gold and really truly loves you at that deep level, count yourself lucky. But realistically those are a very small percentage of man woman relationships. Just understand that and protect yourself from these kinds of parasites.
Wow Chad,,,Remind me never to cross her path..But I do understand to a point..If Gladys was with me and I had to share her with Eli..after she told me about him...I say Choose Eli and hope everything works out...Never would go to meet him like she stated...and I would move on...Never to see her again...overall Great video man.,Homerun
Nothing in this should be a surprise to most other than the ending. Usually the jealousy could never allow it. I would guess this was one of the best therapy sessions she has ever had! Great interview! She demonstrates the growth and majority she has gained thru her experiences. She’s a quick study!
In the Philippines 🇵🇭 the guys with money are the 🏆 prize and the women are a choice and option. In reality most women world wide are the same , no matter what culture, race and language they are from, the difference between an American woman and a Philippine woman, is that the American woman are ahead of the game and the Philippina girl is trying to learn to catch up in being the prize as well, same crap ., this is why some younger foreigners know this and play the game on the Philippina girls before they realize that she can cheat and use the guy like an American girl.
I think people that judge her are so hypocritical. To be clear 90 pourcent of those relationships are base on opportunities for the girl to have a better life. People are foolish to judge this girl with out understanding how it is to live in proverty.
@@Goldfinger-w2w as of now I plan to meet someone I've been talking to for several months in January. She seems OK and is close to my age. Not getting my hopes too high though
Welcome to the new Philippines & filipina's. The truth of what the filipina's have become and are is coming out. Really started about 8 years back with all the growth in social media and dating apps and is becoming worse at a compounding rate of about 25% a year, it will not take long to be a real big number at this high growth rate.
FYI: The “exotic” impression of Filipino beauty standards is often equivalent to being considered unattractive. This isn’t limited to dark-skinned individuals it also applies to those with lighter or white skin who are labeled as “exotic.” We’ve noticed a pattern where foreigners, especially white men, tend to choose local women who are below average in looks or not conventionally attractive, regardless of their skin color. Even other neighboring asians also see this patterns. I hope she stops using that victim card of being dark skinned. Its not that really deep issue she is just one of those people who are insecure of those light skinned people being more celebrated than the brown ones. It has nothing to do with being ugly.. theres celebrities who are brown but not being labeled as ugly. Its really all about the face value. Not the skin color 🙄🙄
@okane-h6d The feelings/emotions/sentiment regarding (dark) skin color in PH is very well known. When the skin color is dark(er), one is from poor background (working in the (rice) fields). That is what they say themselves. The use (sales) of whitening skin lotion/cream is big business in PH
@ I’m from the Philippines, and I know what you are saying.. but, In the West, people tan their skin and spend money on expensive tanning lotions, sprays, and lasers, yet no one bats an eye or rages about it. But when someone with dark skin wants to lighten their tone, everyone rushes to criticize and shame them. This stems from certain ideologies promoting dark skin over light skin, often fueled by resentment or jealousy toward Caucasian skin. It’s a way to belittle those who want to lighten their skin. Here in the Philippines, the preference for lighter skin is about aesthetics, not colorism or wanting to look Western. Some people in African countries bleach their skin, not to look white, but to achieve a lighter tone like Nicki Minaj. Even among rich and successful Black men, many choose light-skinned partners over darker-skinned women. The hypocrisy is glaring. White women spray-tan regularly, but no one criticizes them. Yet, if a person of color wants to lighten their skin, they’re judged harshly. Many Filipinos prefer lighter skin because it’s associated with looking polished and clean. Our climate is hot and humid, and darker skin under the sun can make people feel they appear untidy. This belief is aesthetic, not colorism or racial. Most Filipinos with dark skin aren’t naturally that dark they’ve been tanned by constant sun exposure. If you remove them from the tropical climate, their skin often turns yellowish or lighter. Ironically, there’s now a trend where some women intentionally tan their skin to attract foreigners, then play the victim card when they aren’t considered attractive locally. They willingly choose to be sexualized or fetishized for their skin tone, which reeks of “pick-me” energy. Foreigners rarely marry dark-skinned locals. Western Black and White men alike often marry light-skinned Filipinas. While dark skin can be sexually attractive, it’s often associated with casual flings rather than long-term commitment. Meanwhile, many foreign men fly to Eastern Europe to marry a poor beautiful blonde, blue-eyed women, while others come to the Philippines to sleep around with tanned women but only settle down with light-skinned ones. The hypocrisy is real.
It has nothing to do with being ugly. that's not true that victim card of being dark-skinned Stop coping. People have always loved whiter skin. The question is, do you have white privilege? instead of always saying someone isn't a fucking victim. I never heard of slavery affecting millions of white American people, but white people have always felt better than black and darker-skinned people, and laws were created for it. How come white people and people in general live better in America than those in the Philippines? Why don't white men just stay in America and date white women?
What do you mean by "There's a reason why Filipinas have the image they have around the world.."..Are we all Filipinas like this woman?..Just curious...
I love the chickens and roosters making an appearance in the background, 🤣🤣reminds me of back home!! Great scene for this video. The racism towards dark skin people is real, Asia is addicted to skin bleaching, you'd be surprised how women many do it. The most important thing I take from this video is her coming clean. Much respect to her, especially knowing how many people will see this video, huge risk on her part. Her honesty will someday find her a good man, hopefully. I will be visiting in February, Cebu area and I can't wait, really excited. I'm from Puerto Rico and the similarities between Philippines and my Island are very cool to me. We even share a lot of the same language, words and their meanings. Even the climate and the homes are similar. Not going mention the negatives that this young lady confessed to because we all know this exists and what need to do to protect ourselves from it.
She's becoming a dangerous woman to the foreigners. If you care about your dignity as a filipina even how many times you had a traumatic experience, you can validate yourself what is wrong or right to move on and create a better version of yourself in a decent way! Change your path get a job in a legal way!
She's on a slippery slope away from God. After years of this and you realize you're in trouble, then evil already has a strong hold on you. Go to God and ask for His help. Get with a group and study the Bible. The devil is afraid of God. The closer you are to God then the more God will help you and give you insight. My heart goes out to you and you're in my prayers. God Bless you.
What a shame ,Absolutely nothing new under the sun , this is so shameful but there are people like this all over the world and to hear them tell it it's never there fault.

Wow Chad… what a roller coaster of a video. First few minutes I felt sympathy for this woman. Then I grew to loath her. Funny how she bases her current relationship on trust and honesty all the while basically being a lying whore and blaming the men she chose to be with for turning her into what she has become. Looking forward to the follow up and hopefully we get to hear Eli’s perspective on all this.
@@haighton Why enable or create that kind of activity? As men, let’s lead the way by establishing relationships with the women based on good faith, true love, and honesty.
Nope, both guys should have moved on. There are so many nice ladies in the Philippines and no reason to simp like this. Good luck to her and I hope it all works out and glad she learned something... but yikes.
In unregulated dating markets and even though physically weaker, women turn out to be the chief sexual selectors and gatekeepers of sex due to the principle of least interest: When an activity depends on mutual agreement, the person with the least interest decides the terms of that activity.[10] This is because the person with the most interest has fewer options, thus they more likely compromise than the other party to reach an arrangement. Women desire initiating sex with a partner of average attractiveness much less than men.[11][12] Thus, most men have few mating options and hence more likely make compromises in order to get any sex at all.[13] Making compromises means dating down, which in turn means women date up.
@@MikeWood-yc1er Okay, and? "Truthful nature" would imply that she is generally a truthful person? Where's her remorse? Where's the restitution on her part? Where is the compensation on her part?
Guys, if a girl comes to your hotel or apartment after a date don't just watch a movie and hope she makes a move on you. You have to take the initiative. Don't worry, if she comes to your place she expects it to happen. Don't make it creepy and weird. Make it fun and humorous. Joke around and go for the kiss, then let your fingers do the walking.
Totally agree....no better than a bar girl

Looking at her channel and hearing her story, I have come to the conclusion she most likely has spent her life on walking street and bars. The actions I did in the past lead me to where I am now and I couldn't be more grateful for all the experience and learnings I have along the way.
She’s in a mess, whether it’s poverty, single mother, other circumstances, …
There’s nothing inherently wrong with these things in and of themselves.

She's a mess? I am a mess. Maybe we all have some work to do on ourselves.
@@marcoexplores4175
Agreed yes, no one is devoid of their “stuff” it’s just that coming 7k miles away to a foreign land, joining yourself with a woman who has a mixed past can be difficult.
@@rookiepilot.rp1 Love this. Well thought out.
@@marcoexplores4175differences between you being a mess and the woman being a mess:
1. Worst case scenario for you. Your money gets drained to the bottom and you end up homeless or poverty stricken
My default response when they’re talking is she’s engaging in that on one level or another.
the phillipines has a very different economy than the u.s. money is harder to come by because they dont have any manufacturing
subbed you both.......much respect to Gladys for sharing her story...👍....seems some folks here in the comments haven't quite grasped that the door swings both ways in this life.
So, she seems to be in a half baked relationship with Eli now. One foot inside the the door and one foot outside the door. Still no one has fully committed the other as time goes by. I guess it‘s better than jumping into another relationship that is likely to fail.
Smart girl. And very articulate.. Thanks for the interview, Chad 😊
Wow great interview!!! She was a great person to put things in perspective with these LDR.
Thank you Chad, and thank you Gladys for sharing your journey of self discovery and the freedom and security that honesty offers, as it's own reward.
Please don't keep us waiting too long for part 2 - this was one of the best interviews I've ever seen!
So sad for her she will be old soon and living on the streets I see this story all the time in Cebu
You see this story all the time? How so?

Love this!
Money throwing simps are ruining good filipinas and turning them into scammers. One can still find good ones, but it’s taking much, much longer nowadays.
Filipinas are watching this and thinking, if she can do this, so can I.
@johno4869
Wow simps ruining Filipinas???? What about the local filipino guys…! They groom Filipinas, take their youth, value and turn into single moms then find another fresh young Filipina and repeat the process.
15 million single moms in the Philippines.
One big pile of single moms
I agree, western men have ruined / corrupted the dating market basically
Na no good respectful woman would even be on a n international dating site
This girl was already a single mother. She was already ruined before she did those things. From what I've seen, this is common among the scammers.
Wow this woman is a filipina UNICORN 😮😮
She communicates so well, it's like she's fully western, but with a beautiful soul and mind and attitude and then the end part of the interview blew my mind!
Very impressed with the Honesty. Many lessons for everyone to learn from this interview.
I'm one of the most open person I know and I have to admit, it was hard for me to listen to this all the way to the end (what a sad thing about humans)BUT at about minute 37:40 when she admit that she was open to have men and woman coming in the open relashanship...my heart just drop with a bad feeling about all the so nice video about the life in the Philippine.🤔🧐😳😱
There are a ton of misconceptions about relationships there. The dating scene has changed dramatically with social media and dating apps.
You'll be ok if you're not in a rush and pay attention :)
Best story I've heard in a long time.Thank you for that
13:15 there you go guys. There's another lesson for you. Just because when you meet your Filipina she jumps into bed with you that doesn't mean that she's actually sexually attracted to you at all. She's just doing it because she thinks that's what she's supposed to do in some cases. So don't deceive yourself.
Virginity is the greatest gift 🎁 if you give up and don’t stay with the one you gave it to then whoever’s next? Watch out!

15 million single moms living in the Philippines….local guys get Filipinas pregnant then runaway and look for another fresh Filipina then repeat
NO HYMEN NO DIAMOND! Save it for your husbands ladies, after you are married. Not when he says he loves you. Simple really.
Giving your virginity to the wrong man. Do not expect the right to ever take tiu because your virginity was given to someone else.
Thanks again Chad, stay well.
Fucking sad but great truth.
Wow, i never saw this side of Gladys before. Very interesting. Every Filipina has a story. I appreciate her honesty. Can't wait for part 2
She is a disgrace.
Thank you for this video!
You're welcome 🙏 thanks for watching
Wow Chad,,,Remind me never to cross her path..But I do understand to a point..If Gladys was with me and I had to share her with Eli..after she told me about him...I say Choose Eli and hope everything works out...Never would go to meet him like she stated...and I would move on...Never to see her again...overall Great video man.,Homerun
Don't talk online for 6 months to a person you never met in person. It makes no sense.

Nothing in this should be a surprise to most other than the ending. Usually the jealousy could never allow it.
I would guess this was one of the best therapy sessions she has ever had! Great interview! She demonstrates the growth and majority she has gained thru her experiences. She’s a quick study!
There is no jealousy because none of the three involved cared about any of the others. It is just transactional.
What a strange and beautiful story, Chad. I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you.
Sad. Makes me think hard on wanting to find a good one. I'm not giving anyone any money though😂
Good luck 🙂

@okane-h6d
The feelings/emotions/sentiment regarding (dark) skin color in PH is very well known. When the skin color is dark(er), one is from poor background (working in the (rice) fields). That is what they say themselves. The use (sales) of whitening skin lotion/cream is big business in PH
@ I’m from the Philippines, and I know what you are saying.. but,
In the West, people tan their skin and spend money on expensive tanning lotions, sprays, and lasers, yet no one bats an eye or rages about it.
It has nothing to do with being ugly. that's not true
that victim card of being dark-skinned Stop coping.
That is a fascinating story, especially coming from Gladys. Wow
I’m glad you keep true to yourself!
At least she was honest

My brother prefers dark skinned asians. To each his own.

Change your path get a job in a legal way!
I hear a bunch of excuses and victim mentality and it’s draining. I’d never date a woman like this
She's on a slippery slope away from God.

A simp and his money will soon be parted . Every girlfriend gets a house lmao
Yhe hypergamy is strong with this one.
