The atmospheric pressure stands at about 21.98 atmospheres. Unfortunately, despite the presence of oxygen, this atmosphere is not breathable as the partial pressures of nearly all these gases far exceeds what most organisms can handle. If you tried to breathe the air here, you would quickly fall victim to nitrogen narcosis and oxygen poisoning, which can lead to seizures, unconsciousness, and in many cases, death. The oceans here are made of water, though the freezing temperatures means that they'd be frozen over, thus creating an ice planet. Despite these shortcomings, this planet could serve as an excellent mining outpost.

This object is a moon of a Hot Jupiter, which in itself orbits an F-type star at 27.87 AU (4.18 billion km). The moon has an atmosphere composed entirely of octane (C8H18), and has an average temperature of 506.4°C (779.4 K). The moon has a mass of 2.8 Moon Masses (1.982x10^23 kg) and a radius of 0.35 Earth Radii (2,229.9 km), meaning we can expect that the moon may have a thin coat of water covering a silicate mantle and an iron core. The atmospheric pressure stands at 6.36 million atmospheres. Because of the intense pressures and temperatures, the moon could have a crust made entirely of coal or perhaps even graphite, and a weather system based on hydrocarbons, including diamond rain, could be possible. However, the high temperatures also exceed the flash point of octane and some other hydrocarbons, but the lack of oxygen in the atmosphere means explosions would not be possible. Any water that exists here would likely be in the form of exotic ices, namely Ice X and Ice XI. This moon would be an excellent mining location to extract graphite and exotic ice.
