Does the speaker REALLY affect the tone?

So, this quick little test is to test out the claim that the biggest factor in tone for rock guitar is not the player, not the amp, not the cab... but the speaker.
I used a looper to ensure each one gets the same performance, and used 6 different DynIRs in the Opus, all of which are based on the same Engl 412 cab, but with different speakers loaded in. We use the classic V30, the Swamp Thang, the Cannabis Rex, and a few more options.

Great way to audition different setups with consistent input...
Listening on a phone, so it's hard to tell but the very first one sounded phatter to me.
