I like the part at the end where he talks about how westerners prefer cluttered homes because it represents our cluttered minds. We do the same thing with music. Everywhere you go in the western world, you hear music. It's in supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, and other public places. It's amazing how people need this distraction to cope. You also hear it in TH-cam videos. I'm glad this video doesn't incorporate music. All it contains is the wisdom of Alan Watrs.
The first book I ever read, listened to, was Alan's Watts "You're it" a collection of his works, spoke word recordings of him hosting talks like this in front of small audiences. I read, listened to that audiobook religiously. I had 3448 hours in audible with only that book hahah Over or around 100 listens)(20 24 hour book) . I could speak it word for word at a time and still do a fairly good job of it today. I was enamored by his works. They still impact me very deeply today. Glad I finally got more books by him hahahaha. Idk just thought I'd share.

Much in the world shows the lack of interior peace of many. Collect rocks with me yr life will change 😊
All proper painters regard the space as part of the composition. By "proper" ,I mean conscious.
