  • Chicken Chilli is originally from China. But later was made palatable for Indian. Thats when, Indo-Chinese cuisine was invented. Here, the recipe is Indo-chinese style. Chicken is marinated with various sauce & paste. Later fried & cooked in a Sauce. This recipe pairs very well with fried Rice or humble bowl of hot steaming rice.
    Ingredients
    For Marination:
    Chicken - 400 grams
    Salt - 1 teaspoon
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon
    Schezwan Sauce - 1 teaspoon
    Light Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
    Dark Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
    Pepper Powder - 1 teaspoon
    For Curry:
    Oil - 3 tablespoon
    Garlic - 3 cloves (large)
    Onion - 1 (large)
    Green Chilli - 4 nos
    Orange Bell Pepper - 1/2
    Red Bell Pepper - 1/2
    Water - 2 tablespoon
    Tomato Ketchup - 2 tablespoon
    Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tablespoon
    Light Soya Sauce - 1 tablespoon
    Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
    Carrot - 1/2
    Spring Onion - handful
