So in my eyes, this makes me envision Sans (being somewhat part of the royal guard and also less lazier...way way less lazier than in the actual game) was told to collect souls and found a way to get out of the Underground and then well starts killing humans left and right trying to find strong souls, he gets by/kills 5 humans ((with strong enough souls)) and then eventually comes across Frisk...then well things get real.

Its the judgement hall, normally a short, smiling skeleton would be standing here, judging you for your actions. But he's not here, you killed him.
