For us, it's case of we have an average of 2 capped units per base, and when we're up against 5 enemy bases with 5 capped units, we need 12 active players at a minimum. It's embarrassing, because i make videos and we're not winning. But mostly, because I make videos and people recognise me xD
It depends very specifically on what you want, if you want splash damage, then bear doesn't provide that. If you want a higher attack power, the bear does. I rag on him hard for the memes, he's not really that bad. I just don't like the character model. I think it's dumb

We normally find out a few days prior to the community post, we have no such information at this time regarding new officers. I suspect we'll see a new officer in January/February and we'll likely get 1 of those as a navy officer
