Today we return to Hello Neighbor 2 and tackle the second DLC that comes with the game. In the Late Fees chapter we find ourselves in a nearby Library where a grumpy lady makes sure everyone is quiet at all times. We are tasked with returning various books to their respective shelves in order to delve deeper within the library depths and discover its secrets. Though once again the esthetics and atmosphere of this chapter are wonderful, this is the least of the chapters in my opinion. There is not that much story going on and collecting the various books feels more like busywork than actually progressing in a narrative sense. Once I we went down into the depths it started to get really cool again, but some bugs and glitches makes it to where you cannot really enjoy this at the fullest.

For anyone that doesn’t know, the issue found in this video is a glitch, and was later patched. After you get all books and flip the lever the chandelier drops a key which is used to go into the boss fight thing? Idk, but you have to make it to the bottom and then overflow the library with fluid, but that doesn’t happen because there is no ending. If you get back to the library that’s it. Doesn’t overflow. Best thing to do is trap the librarian down there lol
I tried to turn on and run fast up .. but this liquid is faster than me 🙈 😀 it's look like part of level .. like hunter house in HN2 or something..like You get something from library and go forward in next location... 🥲 In school location was something like ending 😀 here .. nothing ☹️
I wish they added this whole library into the actual Hello neighbor 2 instead of making it into a DLC you have to buy... so we can do more puzzles and enjoy Raven brooks while rescuing the neighbor's child... but I guess they just wanted more money😮💨
But it is actually worth it cuz there's lot of new mechanics like I you make noise

Pretty much explains the whole game in general.
I mean hello neighbor has its history some people say that the main person that made the game is Dyslexic which would explain alot so cant get mad.
Even after recent update problem remains the same. I did turn all the valves green in the basement plus 2 in the back garden. There should be a pressure gauge moving into red on the stove as well but it doesn't. I take this is due to this valve at the end not working properly
How do you save?? I lose my progress everytime I exit and I can’t believe it would be designed this way.. awful
yesterday there was an update. today i played it they added a Cutscene at the end, good video keep it up

Yes thank you. That’s where I’ve been stuck. Back to school is the same way. I probably did that game 25 times and could never finish it because I was caught in a glitch!
I followed eveything, then got completely trapped in the staircase and realized there’s less playtesters then dinosaurs alive today. Two words: ADD SAVING
Hello! As of Patch 3 the ending is now fixed and you can actually beat this level! It would be really cool if you made a new walkthrough that shows you how to complete it.
I tried besting it today with my son and it's still broken for us.
@@cferguson72211 Are you playing it on console? As of right now the update that adds the ending is only available on PC. They're releasing update on PC first and after they're done with a few more updates they'll port them to console in one mega update.

Hey can anybody tell me why the oil is moving slower here than it is in my game? I am playing this post Patch 3 and the things he's doing during that final parkour segment are literally impossible for me because of how fast the oil is moving. Does anyone have any ideas? I did everything I think I could before going down there. I pulled every valve in the upper area and outside and unlocked everything so the only thing I can think of is that I did something wrong underground as in this video something is very clearly different about the speed of the oil.
I lost items because the lady got me. Now I can't let the chandelier down anymore, two books don't respawn and the key isn't on the desk. Is it a bug or do they respawn anywhere?it sucks 😂😂😂

No. I check every few days and it seemed there is no ending yet unfortunately.
fun fact: there is actually an ending, just bugged out so it doesn’t actually trigger and the ending is patched so you can beat it now released today
As TwoLazy said the ending has been fixed in the latest update and you can now beat Late Fees.

@@cferguson72211 Were you playing on console or pc? cause if console, the patches weren’t released yet, because the devs wanted to pack them all up into one and roll out all at once. So this may be why it isn’t fixed yet

Worked fine for me. Could it be that you think it’s a level or something? It’s a special item, namely a drone.
Hello-copter isn't a level it is a special item that you can use throughout the main game and other DLC's. If you've purchased and installed it it should spawn in Quentin's room at the Raven Brooks Banner. If you're in the DLC it should spawn somewhere near where you start. The Hello-copter is basically like one of the cameras that are already in the game but instead it is a drone. If you drop the Hello-copter itself it will start flying and you can use the special Hello-copter Viewer to enter it's POV and control it. The enemies won't attempt to catch the drone meaning it is a tool that is meant to help new players figure out what they need to do from the safety of outside. It's actually pretty cool on your first few playthroughs and although once you figure out what you need to do it becomes less useful, it's still overall fun to use.

Don't use ur heli to grab red valves, ur game won't be finishable as there is no way to put the red handle back on to turn the valve.

Use the drone to hit the switch so you can go up and flip the first one to green then go up and do the second one
Drone to open the first gate walk inside use the drone to hit the switch so the gate closes and the second gate opens, go inside flip the switch. Then make your way to the other valve, I haven’t done it yet but I feel like that’s what we’re supposed to do
How do you use the drone? I bought it but I don't know how to use it
