  • Dr. Rowe goes over how to relieve a lower back bulging disc in 30 SECONDS!
A lower back bulging disc (also known as a slipped disc or herniated disc) is one of the main causes of a PINCHED nerve that may result in lower back pain and sciatica. Symptoms generally include sharp, shooting sciatic leg pains into the buttocks, leg, and feet.
One of the easiest ways to help relieve pain from a bulging disc is to TRACTION the spinal discs, that is to pull on them to reduce pressure.
That way bulging material is brought back into the spinal disc, and off the pinched nerve, allowing you to heal and have less pain.
These spinal DECOMPRESSION traction stretches and exercises are safe, natural movements and can be done at home. The great part is, they may help relieve pain from a lower back bulging disc in as little as 30 SECONDS!
WATCH now to quickly fix a lower back bulging disc!

Been suffering with sciatica pain from a slipped disc for around 1 month now, having implemented stretching/yoga into a daily routine, I seen slight improvement over the month. I've just used this video over the course of 3-4 days and the pain has all but disappeared....👏👏🙌🙌 Great effort.

Y'ALL. I'm 20 with horrible sciatica and multiple bulging discs in my lower back. I have done physical therapy, treatments, etc., but when I tell you nothing gave me more immediate relief than this.. I mean it. Wow, I have been hunched over like a granny all day but I did one-just ONE-of these stretches and all of the pain eased up almost instantly. I laughed as soon as I did the stretch because all of the tension in my lower back released. It was such a relief 😂 will be doing multiple times a day. thank you thank you

3 years ago I had herniated disk, I tried everything, it didn’t go away. I took appointment with surgeon, and from that they I started saying myself, it will go away in 1 month, you will be fine. And started using lidocaine sprays for numbing pain that I can sleep. I kept myself busy with working, cooking, playing Xbox, watching funny shows, and most importantly I stopped watching news and deleted my social media to stay away from all negatives. The day before surgeon called me to come for mri, and he checked it and said you don’t need anything, your 13mm bulging disc is now 5, keep doing what you do. I stayed positive, started swimming. That’s it. Good luck you all, stay positive, and your pain will go away

I mean I would get quick reliefs for like 2 or 3 days, especially after chiropractor visits but a week later, the pain always returned.
Ive been enduring this pain for 6 years, until 5 weeks ago when I started watching your videos. I just did everything like you said, and my lower back pain slowly melted away. It sounds weird, but its it's TRUE!. No more sharp pains, no more discomfort after sitting or standing for so long. In fact am working longer now!. Thank you so much!!

Following these instructions, this this the first time I get instant relief and feel a radical change after multiple days of stretching.

    GOD BLESS YOU .
    It is amazing.
3 days ago, I was in the gym. After a couple of deadlift sets, I felt the lower back pain. I knew I brought that herniation again, but notknowing why. Definitely something in my exercise is wrong but I have no idea what it is.
After 1 day of severe pain and vainless stretches, I thought: If this happened due to an exercise, there must be a counter exercise to return the vertebra back to its correct position. I keep searching until I find this video. It worked.
Now, after 2 days of making the bed streches multiple times a day, pain has decreased a lot. I can now sit and stand without pain.

You just relieved so much of my lower back pain, it was going into my stomach and I was starting to think it was a really bad stomach ache untill I stood up and started stretching, I sit at my computer, and I don't have a desk, its set on top of 2 totes on top of each other, so i have to kinda lean forward, towards my computer so im always in a learn instead of being able to sit straight up. Its horrible for my back, I have 7 herniated discs in my back, I just got tests done recently. Its still hurting a little but wow I was not even able to sit up or even stand straight for that matter.👉 You sir are a legend.

Hi im a new subscriber from phils. I was looking for videos on how i can get a relief from lower back pain. I’ve been having back pains for almost 2 weeks now, i can barely sit or stand for seconds and i’ve been literraly lying on bed most of the time. I can’t even get myself a check up due to fears of going to the hospital and might end up getting virus (due to covid pandemic situation in our country. So i tried looking for home remedies, as i beginning to depend on pain relievers, (i hate meds as these ones might affect my kidneys) i did some research about my condition and i’ve tried dozen of exercises related to sciatica, herniated and bulging disc. This morning, ive felt the same sharp pain again. Out of all the dozens of videos i’ve watched, this particular video of yours actually was the most effective as it decompressed the pain i was feeling on my back and was able to get back on my toes just right after trying the part where you lie at the edge of the bed and stretch the back with the pillow on the stomach. Thank you so much! I hope doing this would eventually get me back to normal and do my normal activities again.

Sorry for the downer. Current methods of door installation especially in subdivisions are iffy at best for this practice. The doors are hollow and because of this the fasteners are light as well. Not meant to support body weight. Your door no longer closing properly is the first sign something is wrong. You are much better off with an eyebolt in stud or ceiling joist. Safer and cheaper. Thanks for the different decompression ideas. Big fan of the table floss They really help.

Does it heal or not ?
Loosing hopes on life .went to many physio Therapy sessions.I get pain after sitting for more than half an hour.Doctor said that my case is not a surgery case .MRI Report shows mild disc bulge but I don't what's happening in my body.
I have been following u for traction /decompression....Very much helpful.

Probably need to strengthen your core / glutes when you’re swelling / pain is manageable. Work on mild stretching each day as well too. Go on walks over running till everything gets stabilized.

I tried the bed exercise with arms on the floor. I could feel a difference immediately. I’m just resting for a few minutes before getting up to try walking. I use a walking stick when I go out but just recently have needed it while at home. I sure hope these will help. I will try them all. Thank you.. bless you for shsring🙂✌🏼

I have discomfort in the area of my SI joint when I do these traction exercises. Is that normal or should I be looking at SI treatments? I do not have sciatica pain traveling down my leg, all the pain is localized in my right glute/SI joint area.
