My partner and I drove from Glasgow to Isle of Skye last September but had a night stopover at this Garrett hotel which used to be a police station with holding cells (turned into a boutique hotel) and drove up to Isle of Skye the next morning. After Skye, we headed to Inverness for 3 nights.
Sounds interesting, can't beat a quirky hotel😀 we've been to a bar in Liverpool that was an old jail house , sitting in the old cells having a beer! cheers...Andy&Michelle
@@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures we also stayed in the infamous boutique hotel on Tower Bridge. The hotel used to be a court house and they keep one of the original cells with the door intact still. One of my favourite hotels I would say.
Glad you enjoyed it, sorry it took so long to get this one out, we've been enjoying ourselves in Wales but hopefully they should start to come out a bit quicker now 😀 Cheers...Andy&Michelle
Aw thank you, great video. we only stay 25 minutes from Luss (at Erskine, where you crossed on the bridge) but i just love seeing other peoples reaction to the scenery.

Although we also have dinosaur footprints, we also have real life dinosaurs. Drakefordsaurs. Ancient Chapel minded folk who really belong to another age.
Ay up, awesome footage. I was wondering what camera do you use on the dashboard?
Cheers Kev
Ay up Kev, the camera on the dashboard is a GoPro Max 360😀 Cheers...Andy&Michelle

Can I ask, what time of year did you travel? Great video.
Hi John this was in May but Scotland can be any weather at any time!! (but still beautiful) Cheers...Andy&Michelle
Hi, enjoying watching your adventures. I see you are using a 360 camera can you let me have the details. How much etc
Hi Graham, its good to hear you are enjoying our adventures 😀 The camera is the GoPro Max 360, its £380. It shoots 6k but when you spread that around the 360 view you only get 1080p The results are good but its now a few years old so i'm eagerly awaiting them to bring out a new model! Cheers...Andy&Michelle

Thank you so much. Heading to Ireland in a few hours ( rented camper van). Will put Scotland on our list!
@@bethyaney3187 Enjoy Ireland, we’ve never been but it’s on our list😀
@@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures We're off to Ireland again in a month or two visiting friends and I've been many times with work or golfing. The wee pubs you stumble across are great, but scenery wise......well it just isn't Scotland. Scotland makes you fall in love ❤
