Angeleyes is one the most difficult songs to sing I have heard. ABBA sings it so easily but no one dares to cover it due to its difficulty. One of the best songs ever. It became very popular in my country and I remember hearing it on the radio, nightclubs and parties. I just can't stop loving it. Another gem from the phenomenal ABBA. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
a great album track from their 'disco' album! As good as new is also a favorite (album) track for me. this song was the inspiration for papa dont preach by madonna
Other great songs to listem might be: Ring, ring, Take a chance on me, SOS, Voulez-Vous, The winner takes it all, Money, money, The king has lost his crown, On and on and on, Honey, honey , Chiquitita, When I kissed the teacher, Move on, The day before you came or Two for the price of one.
Side note So far I've seen 5 reactions to ABBA songs, all from different albums Arrival (1976): Knowing me knowing you The Album (1977): Eagle Voulez Vous (1979): Angeleyes Super Trouper (1980): Super trouper The Visitors (1981): I let the music speak Three of those songs are with Frida's lead vocals, two with Frida and Agnetha sharing the lead You'd have the first three albums left and the last one My suggestions for each one: Ring Ring (1973): He is your brother Waterloo (1974): Waterloo (and especially the iconic Eurovision winning performance) ABBA (1975): S.O.S. (it would be impossible not to do this song) Voyage (2021): I still have faith in You and Don't shut me down (both songs, because it is ABBA's historic comeback)
"Angeleyes" (1979) is a good disco-style song (7pts), within album disco-style "Voulez Vous" (with the exception of the ballads "Chiquitita" and "I have a dream") that ABBA recorded following the influences of disco music in North America with Bee Gees hits It was together, with "Voulez Vous" as double A-side, the third single from said album, it reached #3 in UK In this album I prefer other songs of that style: "As good as new" (the opening track) the tittle track, "Voulez Vous" ore one special that come soon "If it wasn''t for the nights" but these tuned is loved for the fans and was trendiing in Tik Tok a years ago, with a lot of streaming in Spotify Unfortunaly it haven't a official video or TV perfomanece For a nex song, try "If it wasn't for the nights". in the same album there is a great TV perfomance in Japan 1978 the ladies are so beautiful and on fire I hope to see you in next ABBA vídeo My best regards from Buenos Aires Argentina 🇦🇷 South America PS: I think that at these time of reactions You could see the first ABBA perfomance (as ABBA) is with "Waterloo" at Eurovisión 1974 in Brighton UK the icónic night that ABBA shock the world
Hi would you please react to From here to Eternity by the Fizz this is such an emotional song, The lead singer on this track is Jay Aston she was diagnosed with mouth cancer on the day they recorder this song. She had a gruelling seven-hour operation to remove a section of her tongue and then had it rebuilt using part of her thigh she has now recovered and it still preforming with the group to this day. The Fizz - From Here To Eternity (Official Video)
OTK, you're not the first reactor to sing along the songs they're reacting to. But you're the first to sing along with an irritating delay. How come? Your mate is singing along in time, that's why I'm asking. Are you far away from each other?

'Hey, Hey, Helen', 'My Mamma Said' and 'Watch Out'. Three examples for ABBA songs that are not pop. Try them. 😊

Arrival (1976): Knowing me knowing you

Ekard here, we do not record in the same room or place as we dont live together. We record over discord, there is going to be a delay.
Thank you, Ekard. Sometimes a simple explanation is all what I need. Thank you for not being upset about it ❤
