great video and much enjoyed...questions: the 'building' at Halnaker, you say is an aerial.. For what? Have walked round it and always thought it was a gun enclosure. Could we have some circular walks?
Thanks for watching. I believe like many of the hilltops in the war, this was used as a radar station. The walls on the building are not reinforced and there are no firing holes. I would imagine the walls are there to protect the equipment at the base of the tower?
