Photographing a STEAM TRAIN in the HARZ National Park

I made a day trip to the Harz mountains to get a shot of the steam train in the snow.

North Germany‘s answer to Scotland‘s „Harry Potter Express“. Yes, the third and final image with a little more sunlight did the trick. Gorgeous colours, a dramatic smoke plume and less background clutter. That would look great on a steam train calendar! Cheers.
