had the same surprise. I'm not really a fan of Leona's music, but god that song in ff13 ending got me chills. It encapsulate perfectly the nostalgia I have when I think of ff13 almost 10 years later.
This is my all time favorite song and I've never heard her sing it live before. I've only heard this song probably less than 10 times since it's come out because I never want to get tired of it. I'm so glad I got to hear this verson it's brought tears to my eyes! I love her and this song sm. Also I'm a huge Final Fantasy XIII fan so this brings me back to those memories. I love the relationship between Lighting and Sarah. She'd do anything for that girl even save the world over and over again! Ok I'm so emotional right now I better quit haha I just love this song sm I cry everytime :').
I'm tearing up typing this because this brings back so much emotion for me. This song really had an impact on me after I saw it used in the Final Fantasy XIII ending. It later became a crutch song for me to listen to after I had ended my relationship with my ex of 8 years. It was so unbearable. I couldn't sleep, eat, I couldn't go anywhere without being flooded with memories of us. It's been almost 4 years since then, and This still rings true, as even though I've moved on with my life, and with someone new, there will always be a small part of me that mourns the life I had with this person, regardless of how damaging it was for me. Even now, it sometimes doesn't feel real, that they are no longer in my life the way they were, but I will always wish them the best, and thanks to this song, my hands were finally able to find peace.

Her voice and tone reek emotion effortlessly, it’s literally candy for your ears , love when Leona performs in a smaller acoustic session , it’s a different kind of magic to her powerhouse vocals where she belts her heart out and hits those crazy notes , The Voice of UK !!!
I just finished FF13 final boss for the story. Yes, I got the 5-star rating for that fight but my hands were so sore. Such a wonderful song, and well selected for the game. I have a new appreciation for this song and it’s selection.

Não há voz que aguente tantos anos de esforços.. De fato a voz dela já não possui tamanha potência de antes.. E é nítida a insegurança dela em relação à própria voz ao cantar.. Mas ainda assim, não deixa de ainda possuir uma linda voz.. 🥰 É incansável pra mim ouvir cada álbum dela. 🥰

Sobre o "não há voz que aguente tantos anos de esforço", Leona não teve tantos anos ... ela estourou em 2008, mas vamos contar de 2006 q ela surgiu no X Factor.. teve 3 anos de uma SUPER VOZ .. q foi até 2010.. Depois da tour em 2010 tudo se acabou 😭.. a voz começou a ficar assim de 2011 em diante ... mas na tour em 2010 DVD, já estava bem debilitada .. Triste demais ...pois amo demaaais Leona.. Anos de carreira seria uns 15 anos pelo menos cantando com agenda cheia ..
