Dave may have made the prettiest lady, but Bruce is the one who had a woman's mannerisms and speech patterns down pat. Just little details like the tongue-giggle or the way he held his hands while talking. Brilliant. I want to marry him.
I always thought Scott did the most recognizable mannerisms. Bruce is kind of an odd one to nail down because basically none of his character portrayal seem like real people. He's got so many idiosyncrasies of his own that come through his characters. I do think he does a convincingly feminine voice for his characters, that matches with their characterizations. He tends to play the cutesy or more outwardly submissive female characters, with the exception of Shona, lol. I think he also fits into the clothes the best.
@Who let the virus out? Woof woof woofhan So you're into bullying? Pretty embarrassing. For us. To read your comment. And be nominally the same species.
What always busted us up (my college roomies and I) is that Dave Foley (IS HE??????) who otherwise played the bitchy ice-queen boss is the one actor who never really had to change his voice when playing a female character
I’ve always loved this skit. I was one of the few women engineers in my office in the ‘90s and I’m convinced the guys had this conversation behind my back! 😂
These guys were so ahead of their time 👍 Always made me laugh and I loved the off sense of humor. "I'm crushing your head 🗣️🗣️" gets me every time 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Computers were just coming into general office use at this time. We made huge gains in productivity between 1990 - today because of this. It's great to see how all that benefitted the workerssssss....
all offices should have a glass of wine at lunch; I was hoping this was the sketch where they were tramping it up and talking about staying over at a guy's place just so they could have a shower with lots of hot water
Anyone see Kids in the Hall live on tour? They did this sketch but it lasted like twice as long. I don't remember what was different, but it was a lot funnier.
LOVE this one. Why can't I find "are extraterrestrials dull?" anywhere?? geesh, I guess I'm the only one that liked that skit...the beer mug shaped like a tit LOL
KITH proved you could be funny and edgy yet still somehow wholesome as hell.
"This is f'ing good ham mom"
it was the 80's
@@johnindigo5477 It was mostly the '90s. It was the '80s for a year and a half.
Bruce's hyperventilating laugh for this character was a golden touch.

Really? I don't know any women who have those types of mannerisms, but I do know plenty of women as portrayed by Dave Foley.

@@lnfreeman for me it was Scott for older women and Mark for younger ones. Dave was pretty while Bruce and sometimes Kevin were a bit over the top.
Bruce and Scott are my favourites. 'I'm so full of beans today' gets me every time
I LOVE that line!
My boyfriend is a smokescreen for my hetrosexuality.
"But it turned out he was just a genius." Lmao
"I'm so full of beans today!"
Love it!
I LOVE that line!
I absolutely love that line. My grandma used to say that all the time, it always makes me laugh
Bruce McCulloch is brilliant in this sketch
"Oh I know! I just know that's when I'm gonna die."
LOL, I miss Kathy and Cathy. The "YAAAY!" at the end always cracks me up.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHA yeah me too
Man, these guys were just great. Hilarious skit and totally on-point for anyone who has ever worked in an office environment.
Kevin and Mark dressed as women for less than a minute of screentime. I love this show.
And probably only from the waist up.
I love the Cathies/Kathies. They're so well done. I know a million ladies like them.
Bruce is me when I'm around someone I like.
Tanya popping over the cubicle partition just gets me every time
Miss this show!!! This should be shown in perpetuity on Comedy Channel!!
Anyone else just love the way Cathy says “pasta”?
Are you sure that's Cathy with a "C"? (One of them is Kathy with a "K" ya know)
@@MVHS85 :) Scott was Kathie, Bruce was Cathy (I believe).
A very Canadian pronunciation!
"I guess you could have a bit of both" LOL!!
What always busted us up (my college roomies and I) is that Dave Foley (IS HE??????) who otherwise played the bitchy ice-queen boss is the one actor who never really had to change his voice when playing a female character
"Talk much, Kathy?"
Too damn good.
"i am so full of beans today."
Scott plays a such a poised lady.
My mom would always say "You're so full of beans." LOL
IS HE?! LOL
I find it so funny that Bruce’s IMDb photo is him as kathie
When you're from that Canadainia and watched Monty Python as a kid! (Perhaps down a hall)
I’ve always loved this skit. I was one of the few women engineers in my office in the ‘90s and I’m convinced the guys had this conversation behind my back! 😂
One of their best skits, EVER!
I love Bruce's sweater
I love how Cathy with a C has a picture of Mississippi Gary on her partition! hahahahaha!
As we all should
Pretty nice for a mean mistreater
Kevin "We have to know..." kills me XD
I love that Kathy with a K still has that photo of Mississippi Gary hanging on the cubicle wall.
Bruce is friggin cute
These guys were so ahead of their time 👍
Always made me laugh and I loved the off sense of humor.
"I'm crushing your head 🗣️🗣️" gets me every time 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
We had Sandy and Sandy where I used to work. So great to see this again!! Thanks for posting!
They´re so adorable, Cathy and Kathy! In my opinion, Cathy's one of Scott's best women :-)
Nothing compares to his Queen *lol*
this has always been my one of my favorite cathies.
The proof is in the pasta.
LMAO
Mississippi Gary in the background.
I saw that too
James Soroe - I think it's a different picture of him in every sketch, and I suspect the other pic is Scott's beau
I think if I was single, and worked with these women, I would say I was!! Fucking classic!
he was so mean as the marketer in Brain Candy....It was funny when the bird flew into his eye!
i love Bruce McCulloch
Computers were just coming into general office use at this time. We made huge gains in productivity between 1990 - today because of this. It's great to see how all that benefitted the workerssssss....
I'm so full of beans today!
I fucking love Cathy and Kathy!
This was such a great show...
They are accurate on the 3:00pm-4:00pm part
Bruce runs this show
Love the picture of Mississippi Gary!
Love the YAAY at the end !
0:29 “Hi New Guy!”
all offices should have a glass of wine at lunch;
I was hoping this was the sketch where they were tramping it up and talking about staying over at a guy's place just so they could have a shower with lots of hot water
We don't know yet !!
Love them
Ha! He said "Just for the record."
yes! it shall be up soon :]
Bruce makes such a cute girl!
Anyone see Kids in the Hall live on tour? They did this sketch but it lasted like twice as long. I don't remember what was different, but it was a lot funnier.
I thought this was an episode of Bosom Buddies
Doesn't Dave know that red wine goes better with steak?
So, is he gay because that shows he really doesn't prefer the steak, or straight, because he doesn't understand wines?
I'd say he was more of an ellipses than a question mark. No mystery there.
Haha love it
OH MY GOD! THOSE *WIGS!*
Bruce has the best legsespecially as Tammy.
1:33-1:38 funniest thing I've ever seen hahahaha
LOVE this one. Why can't I find "are extraterrestrials dull?" anywhere?? geesh, I guess I'm the only one that liked that skit...the beer mug shaped like a tit LOL
I don't know if you remember, but the pic is there because Kahy and that Blues guy dated....:)
i never noticed that she has a picture of mississippi gary on her wall
People who complain about their routine as part of their routine like this, I just want to clunk their heads together like Moe Howard
Yeah!
Never noticed before that blonde Cathy calls redhead Kathy "Kathy Lassiter" in this sketch. I wonder if they ever gave Blonde Cathy a last name.
He's not...but they might be.
Dusty Gazongas.
JFC this is my MIL lol
Hahahahaha!❤️😂😂😂
@shortsandsheep No, they're Cathy and Kathy -- that's why they call them C and K.
@darkb4lightt Mississippi Gary!! :D
Now this is reality
@HelenSquight No -- "Just for the record."
Before Catherine and Katherine...there were Cathy and Kathy.
Do you have the one where Kathy wins Miss Ontario (for Miss Owen Sound, and Cathy for Miss Brampton)
th-cam.com/video/rvKTHrYQC1g/w-d-xo.html
It's like a gender reveal party...
Worst case scenario!!
Do you think Bruce McCullough shaved his legs?
ivelosthewilltolive
I know I do when I put on panty hoes.
those are weird keyboards
He's bi! ******stars.
I ship Cathy and Kathy
Wait, a beer or white wine for lunch at work? Is that normal in Canada?
only for bi-Canadians
Yes ..it's normal
@nuada2000 Ah. Makes sense :)
Oops. I think I mean Kathy with a K. Or whichever one is played by Bruce.
Why is Scott wearing a CD on his necklace?
xenu4life it's a black stone, I remember those in the 90s .. urban bushwoman jewelry. Came in banana yellow too with earrings the size of chandeliers
Did Scott call Bruce Cathy Lasseter? I thought they were Cathy C and Cathy K!
shortsandsheep That was for their first names Kathy and Cathy.
"He's bi!"
Maybe he's just a foodie.
You mean, a gay?
@@Myndir I guess lol I don't know. I saw how their hopes sank when he mentioned the asparagus and pasta salad.
Gen S won’t get this one. You see, there was a time when most men and women experienced sexual and romantic attraction toward each other.
Did he say "I'm just pregnant" at the end? o.o
He said, "Oh great."
lol imagine trying to pitch this skit nowadays 😂
He's Biii!!!The proof is in the pasta! 😅
I love Bruce McCulloch even when he's a woman... :)
Mark McKinney so wants his character to be pretty but it ain’t gonna happen. I can only see his Chicken Lady.
The guys make better girls than girls do!!!! ily kith!
The gay guy is a bit too good of an actor!
SHOCKING it’s not even Friday 💅🏿
