Hermoso diseño! Pero donde quedaría el área de lavandería? Tengo un lote prácticamente de las mismas medidas y me ha gustado mucho tu diseño solo tengo la inquietud que mencione anteriormente.

ganda nito sir 😍, sakto mga ganto bahay sa pilipinas na kadalasan pahaba at makipot ang lote 👏 🙌. request naman po, 4m x 11m na may Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen Area, 3 BR, 2 Cr/bath, small garage for motorbike, 2nd floor balcony front and back. at accessible yung rooftop na flat slab para may sampayan at tambayan na din pang inuman at stargazing haha. salamat po sana mapag bigyan. 🥰
hi sana meron version na 1 storey lng.. bungalow syle.. 3 x 10 parin.. with bigger patio that extends sa living room. but thanks for thisss

Hi, i have a 30sqm lot. Is it possible to make it into a 4br, 2 tb and a roofdeck? The lot is also located in a bit of a flood prone area, so if u can design it so that the bottom part will be just a parking space with laundry that will be perfect. TIA!
