Great question! I don't think I ever played without DLC so I had to look it up. Seems either the Luxury, HGTV or both DLCs add it. Hope that helps!

Heyy, I replied to one of your other comments. If I had to guess where those windows came from I would say they're from the Pets DLC. There were lots of "barnyard-chique" items in that pack.
