One thing I learned after getting the guitar is that tremolo systems can be set up differently. The Pacifica is "docked" when it came to me and I kept it that way. Consequently it takes a lot of force to use the tremolo. The Squier in the video is setup with a floating tremolo which can raise or lower the pitch.
The set screw to lock the tremolo bar in place is at the bottom of the tremelo block. You have to insert the bar in and use it to raise the block to access it. This isn't mentioned in the manual at all.

I was able to find the pick guard and modify a P90 cover that was too tall by sanding down the back until it was the same height as the Seymour Duncan cover, but the humbucker trim ring I bought didn't have a wide enough opening. The black plastic trim ring that came on the guitar, the opening measured at 72.5mm, all the ones I can find online are 70mm, a few 70.5mm.
Yamaha decided to be funny and use weird measurements, every person who made bocchi's guitar had to sand the pickup ring
