What is the weight of your wife’s ball? If she has one below 14 lbs, then the core is different. I’m having a hard time finding folks who can talk about the lighter weight cores.

팔로슬루때 중약지가 바닥과 평행상태에서 왼쪽부위손가락들을 왼쪽으로직각에 가깝게 꺽어놓고 손목을 틀어서 왼쪽부위손가락들을 위로향하게해놓고 엘보우와텐션으로 해서 중지 손가락이 바닥쪽의 정중앙위치에 즉 다른손가락들보다 제일 하단에 위치해서 그손모양을 브래이크포인트까지 유지해서 거기서 회전이 풀려나와 포켓으로 훅킹.
