These look fantastic. You can also make raspberry jam sandwiches with two of the cookies, then partly dip them in melted chocolate & sprinkles. A local bakery makes them & they are delicious.
Love these - I've made them several times now and they are always great. Not sure if it is stated but I use a salted butter as I think it brings out the flavour better. 👌
I can’t wait to try these for Christmas next month,2022. Nice to see the measurements in grams instead of cups which can vary tremendously. Great baking results require precise measurements. I’ve switched to using my kitchen scale for things now and things turn out much better! Thanks for that.❤ And seeing this recipe is in ratio of 1-2-3 will make it easy to remember!
Couldn't agree more about the music. Many videos use background music that over powers the rest of the video. Going to make these cookies In a few minutes
Fantastic recipe! So easy to make but they taste just as good if not better than any I've ever bought. I've even tried to modify this recipe but, in my opinion, it is best just like it is. I'm an older guy who has recently found an interest in cooking and baking and people ask me where I bought these. So if I can do it, literally anyone can. Thank you so much! P.S. using the bottom of the glass is next level, never would have thought of that

Thanks a million for those beautiful 🌹 cookies. It never occurred to me to use the bottom of the glasses to do those design and I have lots of glasses with different types which I will be using from now on
This recipe is similar to Scottish Shortbread which has a pinch of salt . Walmart sells Walkers pure butter shortbread from Scotland $ 4.52 the box with 8 pieces , 19 grams each ❤ Some take the rule 1,2,3 : one part of sugar, two parts of butter and three parts of flour ; while some others take the 2 3,4 rule : 2 ounces of sugar, 3 ounces of butter and 4 ounces of flour plus a pinch of salt as flavor enhancer .
Thank you soooo much for this easy to follow recipie. I love how you use those beautiful glasses to make your shapes. I have followed a few recipes as per instructions and have failed. But this recipe... this is the one! Tried it today and the cookies didnt stand a chance.. all gone!!!!. . Again thank you
I liked that this video didn’t have music in the background throughout the demonstration. More often than not, I find the music in these videos are too loud and distracting. Very nice recipe and I love the designs using drinking glasses.
Que capricho! Ficaram lindas as bolachinhas e tenho certeza que deliciosas também. E o melhor é que gasta poucos ingredientes. Amei essa receita. Obrigada por compartilhar. Abraços aqui do Brasil. Sucessos! 👍👏👏👏👏🌷🌷

you made them? do they need salt? do they fall apart? inhad to add more butter as the dough was too dry. I hope they come out they're still in the fridge.
