Dev here, little fun fact, we were gonna have these things called gengar notes, that would make your more transparent until your notes were invisible. Pretty sure in hell mode, the arrows would also count as normal notes regarding accuracy, causing the arrows for the rest of the song to be invisible, so you'd have to do half the song perfectly off memory for a full combo.
We all really wish this could’ve seen the FULL light of day yk, y’all did such a great job on everything that’s here, hopefully people can stop being so bitter in FNF

Fact: choosing who to play as in pasta night affects the mechanics, playing as mx only has Hypnos mechanic, playing as hypno only has mx’s pow mechanic, and playing as lord x makes you have both mechanics
Even though it's a canceled build, it feels like a complete mod this is definitely one of the best horror mods fnf ever had,everything in this mod is good from the songs, which are bangers, to the sprites and oh my god this mod is soo good, and deserves to be treated as one of the best.

drama aside, lost cause is so freaking cool. hypno becoming just more of a screeching, disfigured mass of flesh as he gets more frustrated is so freaky, and the whole sequence with GF trying to resuscitate BF before being interrupted by hypno (or what's left of him, anyway) is super sick, and the song bangs too :)
Pasta Night is by far my favorite song, having the choice of who you play as, and that determining difficulty/mechanics is super fun, and MX and Lord X's little duet towards the middle is hilarious to me XD
Amusia has to be the best song Saster has made so far, it's simply so good that I can't describe it. As for the sprites and detail of Amusia in general, the fact that wigglytuff never hits at least one note is stupidly accurate to the creepypasta portraying that wigglytuff or "disabled" can't sing. AND MAY I REMIND YOU THAT AMUSIA LITERALLY MEANS "the inability to distinguish differences in musical pitch"
Also people have found some sprites meant for unseen parts of Purin and Amusia There's sprites for Pico taking out his knife and also a whole spritesheet for a forward-facing Jigglypuff, fit with more body horror. In Amusia, all I could find were sprites of a scared ponyta as well as a transition to ponyta being scared, and I'm pretty sure those go unused in the actual song (as if Amusia needed more sprites and effects lmao)

It feels complete, but lacks a few assets. Such as the dialogue and sf of the 3, 2, 1, go! + Hypno falling apart in V1 that didn't make it to V2. All the songs were amazing, though I don't know why people dislike the revamped V1 songs. Maybe because of a slight tune change? But I still like them! I'm curious about who came up with the characters in Shinto + Sh1tno. They don't seem to be from any creepypasta that I can recall. I bet people are gonna add in the unfinished assets and add in a few more things too. Hopefully it won't be too bad-
I'm kinda surprised at the fact that V2 is using Forever Engine, instead of Psych. Despite V1 using Psych. Either way, it's still an amazing mod nonetheless.
Not sure if easter egg or a glitch, but during Monochrome I got "Boo!" and after typing it in the song ended and unlocked the song in Freeplay despite not ever finishing it legitimately on that version of the mod. Edit: Tested further. Shift+1 just auto ends the song.
I imagine this mod is bf looking through gf or double d’s stuff, finding some old games, and being like “yooo they get the retro pokemon that’s so cool I remember these” then getting pulled into the games cause, y’know, it’s the dearest family.
Sucks the mod was cancelled just days before its release. The work definitely shows with the assets and cutscenes looking amazing. My only issue are the songs which to my surprise aren't really that good imo including the remixes idk why but the songs for me just aren't nice to listen to not to say they're all bad just nothing really gripped me but hopefully I'm the only person that experienced this and everyone else enjoyed the songs.

Banbuds (main dev) said the n word 5 months ago (soft A not hard R), it then got brought up by the victim and the rest of the people on the team were “uncomfortable” and decided to take their assets and leave the team 10 DAYS before the full release (which is pretty dumb because it was super close to releasing and there was no point anyway). The one thing that would've made the song more creepy would be if Amusia themselves didn't have any sort of 'pitch variation' in their notes/vocals.

I'm kinda surprised at the fact that V2 is using Forever Engine, instead of Psych. Despite V1 using Psych. Either way, it's still an amazing mod nonetheless.

I love how flippy’s already done Lullaby but he still hasn’t done Wednesday’s infidelity v2 yet.
Not sure if easter egg or a glitch, but during Monochrome I got "Boo!" and after typing it in the song ended and unlocked the song in Freeplay despite not ever finishing it legitimately on that version of the mod.
Edit: Tested further. Shift+1 just auto ends the song.

I imagine this mod is bf looking through gf or double d’s stuff, finding some old games, and being like “yooo they get the retro pokemon that’s so cool I remember these” then getting pulled into the games cause, y’know, it’s the dearest family.
Sucks the mod was cancelled just days before its release. The work definitely shows with the assets and cutscenes looking amazing. My only issue are the songs which to my surprise aren't really that good imo including the remixes idk why but the songs for me just aren't nice to listen to not to say they're all bad just nothing really gripped me but hopefully I'm the only person that experienced this and everyone else enjoyed the songs.
My favorite parts in brimstone is just gengar vs missingno💀

Banbuds (main dev) said the n word 5 months ago (soft A not hard R), it then got brought up by the victim and the rest of the people on the team were “uncomfortable” and decided to take their assets and leave the team 10 DAYS before the full release (which is pretty dumb because it was super close to releasing and there was no point anyway). So yeah
