1st,yes,people do have pelicans as pets, 2, ants are a house insect, so technically, they are "pets", 3, have you considered maybe that's it's an OLD franchise? And that maybe IT DID HAVE A SHOW and the protagonist had a chameleon as a pet. Sooo maybe show some love.

I think the ostrich is a seagull. That's why it has the fish bones.
I choose the cow and the red ant.

The one that you called a ferret I think might actually be a Stoat, but don't totally quote me there. Stoats tend to be all white like that.

I’m guessing the fish was supposed to be with the pelican and the lemonade with the cat since that’s the one that came with the other cat.
One of my main gripes with these toys is the inaccuracy. Like, since when are pelicans, sharks and ants considered pets???

If I were to mixx my guess I would say the yellow and grey bird is based off of a Cockatoo.
I thought it looked more like a cockatiel. We used to have them as pets. It's missing the orange cheek circles though.
