Richard Hawke is a UK presenter I think from either Leeds or Sheffield. he presents a lot with my friend Elise Lindsay. I lovehis choreography, he is easy to follow and put in lots of spins. Sometimes his music is very fast and I think unsafe at times but he is very motivating and a great mover. You can usually catch him at lots of UK fitness conventions.

i've used this in my class. think it's very good choregrphy, but i felt that it was a bit boring going from the top so many times. but besides from that: this is very high quality

didn't get that single, single walk-shuffle-bit. so i did a single, single walk-cha cha cha.can someone "explain" the shuffle? is it like a repeater-shuffle or something? like "skiing" repeater?
