Yes, the song is from the pastorale «René Cassin», so it's taken from a performance in Soule after the Vichy France. Since Soule was the only territory of the French Basque Country that belonged to Vichy France almost entirely, I decided to put this map.
There is no relation between the date it is and this uploading, I simply discovered this version of the song yesterday and felt encouraged to upload a new video.

You never cease to amaze, I never knew this song existed. By the way, the Basques did not cooperate with the Wehrmacht, and in my opinion this was the right decision, although I am German.

There were some exceptions such as Eugène Goyhenetche or Ion Mirande. But the Basques of that time where mostly against nazis.
