At 8:24 before lowering the engine, detach the exhaust line, otherwise, you risk to damage the flexible part of the exhaust
ありがと ございます, I have the same car and it's due for timing. I'm a bit skeptical whether to do this myself or pay someone to do it?

動画で説明しているように、油圧テンショナーとプーリーのギャップを4mm±1mmに調整すれば、自動的に適切な張り具合に調整される仕組みになっています。
