  • Maybe one day we’ll get someone else who completely leaves the second amendment alone.

Bruen decision never should have happened. And I agree with you on Mr Trump, for about the same reasons. For those that won’t vote for anyone but an absolutist, you will lose all your rights because you won’t vote for someone that supports most of your rights. This country loses when you don’t vote. Thank you for sharing.

Yea Trump isn't perfect, but he's definitely the best choice we have currently. I'd much rather vote for a real libertarian candidate, but realistically they wouldn't have a chance to win unless they ran as a democrat or republican. Also there's the fact that the left co-opted the libertarian party and the people representing it aren't even really libertarians anymore. Also I'd definitely say it's a challenge to come up with a good way to prevent people with severe mental illness who actually have a chance of being violent from purchasing/owning weapons. I don't know if it'd be a good idea to just say "Anyone who has X mental illness cannot purchase or own weapons" as you have no say in if you are born with or develop a mental illness. Perhaps the best solution would be competency tests and checkups with a doctor to confirm they are taking their medication to prevent them from becoming violent.

      That’s not a bad idea

Trump also sanctioned laws against rights to freedom of speech and freedom of assembly: these are the laws banning all BDSM activity on college campuses.
I'm not pointing this out to argue against your convictions or any of what you say here. I just think it's worth noting.

Yea I tried to keep it to the second amendment because that’s part of my channel and if I include too much I’ll ramble forever lol.

@@woll2633 go ahead and ramble, brother, there are some who will listen. My negative critique of this video, if anything, would be of your curtailing the ramble :D
I would like to commend your courage in launching your channel. I can identify with your description of leaving your arms-prohibitive place of origin and feeling somehow clandestine in your active engagement with the matter - however legal and legitimate - because of the inculcated mindset of back home.
I was born and raised in Scotland (also resided in England) and actually had an above norm exposure to guns growing up; airguns, 22 rifles and two barrel shotguns featured.
Even so just the feeling of handling a pistol, which circumstance has certainly arisen a fair number of times since I moved to the USA in 2020, is something extraordinary for me and I marvel at those who do it with daily naturality.
      Keep up the good work!
