Can you make the lags fixed with the current speed without slowing down the game by using engine plugin?

I don't know! Worth testing to see if you can or if it is necessary
How about some tutorials about using this plugin from scratch and go one tool/example at at time?.
Great idea! I do recommend you experiment with the settings so you can feel the effects of settings changes yourself
