I have all the 2023s. Some 22s and earlier. Went on a bit of a spree last year lol. Only 2024 I have so far is the dark horse. Like you said, I’m not in a huge rush for those.
The 2 fast 2 furious Skyline was a huge success for lego, they sold A lot of them so far so maybe that’s why the kept the production of it. The Ford Bronco set that came with a gt50 I think is the only one I regret not having, in fact I wish I had two of those because the box design was awesome.
Im trying to complete the 6 wide era and found it cheaper to piece out a few, especially the big sets with garages, wind tunnels, service parks because I only care and have room for the cars. There's a good website that replicates sticker sheets of them all as well.
So I bought for first SC sets last Black Friday and almost a year later. I have all the 8 stud wide cars along side some 6 stud wide ones. I bought some used off marketplace, only if they were deconstructed and have all the pieces with them. Absolutely loved collecting all of them!
I was from HK and I got the expensive retired lambo set and ford set there. There is a place called in's point at YMT that has one dedicated floor of shops just for Lego.
I used to have all 2019 sets but I lost the Dodge,Mini,Ferrari,Camaro and only have Porsche and senna and I’ve finally got the newest Speed champions sets the Ferrari F40 and NASCAR Camaro
I have some gen 1 cars already before I knew collecting them was a thing ( I just learned). I have the chevrolet camaro s.s., mercedes benz amg (of some sort), the Audi le mans car, the blue mustang, the chiron and finally the porsche 911
I have all of the LEGO Speed Champions from gen 1 to current gen. From the poly bags to the toys R us build event. The only magnum opus i technically need for my set is the Mercedes petronas team gift. But man those 6 studs are so worth it, just def look for a great deal. I was lucky to have the McLaren 720s, Bugatti Chiron and ferrari F1 for retail price
I just recently started collecting, partly because I'm coming in as an F1/WEC fan, and a Lego fan in general. So far I have the Mercedes pack with the AMG One, and the W12, the McLaren pack, the Porsche 963, and the Lamborghini V12 Vision GT. I personally am not a huge Ferrari fan, so I am thinking of skipping the retiring Ferraris and picking up the Lotus and Pagani instead, but the Competizione I think looks really nice so I might splurge and get myself a Christmas present. I'm also highly debating the Corvette C8.R and '69 CC pack as I love Corvettes (Also the C8.R is an IMSA classic)
Over the summer, my girlfriend and I made a goal to collect as many speed champions sets and hoard them so when we get back to college we can build them all together. We started in April with just the Utopia and 812. When we got back in August, we had all of the 2024, 2023, all but 1 one of 2022 and 2 of 2021. So close to getting all caught up but we can’t wait for all the F1 sets in March.

I started to collect all the speed champion last Summer and finaly get all the sets this month Most of them are sealed sets, some others are used but complete with the box in good condition. I can confirm I burned my wallet 😅(around 3,2k€…)
Hi I am a Lego Speed champions collector I have 24 at the moment soon to have 25 when I get the Ferrari F40 for my birthday and I only buy the ones that I like and I started cellecting them in 2015 aswell.
I started collecting the 8-wide ones after watching your videos 😊 So far I am only missing the green 2024 Aston Martins. I am collecting them because they are small, have good building technique and good looking. I am not that interested in cars in general but Lego yes. I always found the F1 cars of speed champion less interesting and this is why starting 2025 I will skip all F1 cars. I wonder if they will create less diverse cars because their lead designer for speed champion is now in the city line. I would be interested in a new 8-wide movie car line up. Beside the 10x F1 in 2025 is there going to be another wave not F1 focused maybe in the summer?
I’m not sure what’s coming, but can’t image it would be all F1 next year. They still need some other cars in the theme to diversify. Definitely need more movie cars!

I have all of the eight stud wide cars and it’s so disappointing that the next wave is just F1. I wish Lego had a separate category for Lego F1 rather than speed champions as I will not get them. one or two would’ve been fine but I’m not spending over £200 on the same car
Love it! To get every team all at once is a blessing! It makes sense having all the cars from the same racing year rather than a W12 Mercedes matched up against a MCL23 McLaren. For people that aren’t interested in F1 they can look at it as “ok let’s get this over quickly by releasing every single team at once. Then move on to other stuff.”
@@thegreenbrick Nice I’m definitely getting all of them too. I’ve never watched F1 but I have all the 8 stud wide cars so I have to get them lol. If the minifigs are based on real drivers it’d be really cool

The 2022 sets are so cheap right now! Saw a Lambo Countach set that was discounted to $15 (USD)! Buy them up before their prices inflate!

My advice is to buy the cars you like, don't try to complete the set by buying cars you don't really like as it's not worth it.
I wish they made a sub categories for 6 stud wides...
the skyline is gonna be 1 year old next year, and the others 2023 wave too, but the skyline has a long retiring date i think (maybe mid 2025)

I had all of the original 6 wide cars and the first few 8 wide ones, and I sold them for 4 wide Classic Town sets from 1978-1990.
What do you think about the next wave being 10 F1 cars? I know some people are happy with it but I wish we were getting more of a variety
