The thing most people have trouble with is Step 2. If you open your menu too quickly or too slowly right after pressing Triangle at the computer, it won't work. You need to get the timing down. Even I don't get it every single time. But once you get the timing right, it'll be much easier. And make sure you open the menu (Touch Pad) after you press triangle and not before- that'll cause it to not work either. Are you playing as Spider-Man when you try to use the Venom Power? Do you have the Venom Jump ability unlocked yet? There may also be some ability in the skill tree that is enabling the venom bar to fill up during this glitch, so try seeing if there's maybe a skill you haven't unlocked yet. Unlock all the skills that have to deal with venom Power- just to be safe. Have you ever updated your game before? And are you using a North American version of the game or perhaps from another country? It's possible that other versions of the game from different countries have different updates and/or functionalities in the game. I have no way of determining that for sure, since I only have a North American copy. This glitch still works 100% of the time for me and I have all the latest patches/updates. So I'd say if you haven't updated your game before, you could also try that. Just keep in mind that if you do update, you won't be able to do all of the glitches that have been patched already. I'm good at breaking games lol. Been doing it for years. And yeah, it's totally an over the shoulder camera glitch as well. There's a few other glitches along with the running on air. hey! petes voice wont come up for me no matter what, i finished all the challenges is that the issue? edit: petes voice randomly came up and it works now idk why but it did. thx for the tutorial tho!

So uhm how did you get venom power every time I go into the mission I don't have any and I can't perform air tricks or camo Wich means I'm stuck with none and can't venom jump
When you try doing the glitch, do you hear Pete talking during the cutscene? If not, then you have to do Step 2 again. If you don't get the timing right on Step 2, it'll prevent the glitch from working... The other thing you can try is going to "Combat Challenge 1.0" for Step 1 (that's the same exact one I went to for this glitch). It's possible that the particular challenge you're going to doesn't allow you to Cloak or use Venom Powers. So try "Combat Challenge 1.0". Also, make sure that you have the Venom Jump ability unlocked in your skill tree... This glitch isn't patched and works on every version of the game. So try the two things I suggested above and see if that helps. Let me know if you get it working.
@@Papatreece I already tried all that I had the suit and everything it's just that I didn't have any venom I used combat challenge and traversal and i still didn't have any but still thanks for the help because afterwards the glitch stayed on in fisk tower after you jump and powers work in there so I played out of bounds for a bit so I still did a glitch thanks to you
Shoot, I'm sorry it didn't work for you. But I'm glad you got to do the Out of Bounds glitch in Fisk Tower at least. There's a lot of fun stuff you can do with that glitch. I'll see if I can figure out what may have happened on your end. If I figure out why the Venom Power isn't showing up, I'll let you know.

Nope, it should work regardless of whether you've completed the challenge or not. I've done it many times after already completing the challenge. I'm also playing on the latest version/patch. This glitch won't ever get patched either since the game is long finished with getting updates. I believe the last update/patch was over a year ago, and Insomniac definitely won't put out any more updates at this point. At a certain point games stop being worked on. So my question would be, what version of the game are you playing on, do you have the Venom Jump ability unlocked, have you already completed the challenge (if not, maybe try completing it first, then replaying it afterwards), what part of the glitch specifically are you unable to pull off, and do you have any abilities that you can equip that may give you a bar of venom energy? Try messing around with some of the abilities/equipment and use one's related to Venom Energy increases etc. It helps to know exactly what part(s) you're struggling with to best help you out.
@@Papatreece I’m on the latest patch, I have 100% this game and the glitch I’m stuck on is in the first cutscene Peter just doesn’t talk and when I abandon mission to try again it doesn’t replay the cutscene with the suit on I think it doesn’t work because I’m on ps4 and my game gets a bit buggy sometimes and it messes with the glitch
If Peter doesn't talk during the cutscene, then it means you didn't get the timing right when you press Triangle at the console and open your menu. If you open your menu too fast or too slow right after pressing Triangle, it won't work. Sometimes even I don't get the timing right. Just takes some practice. And you have to make sure you press Triangle first, not after you open the menu. Also, try going to the Combat Challenge 1 and trying the glitch there. Combat Challenge 1 is located at the top left corner of the map if I recall. Se3e if that works. The idea is to go to a challenge where you'll need to use Venom Energy. If you go to a challenge that either doesn't require venom power or allow venom power, then the glitch definitely won't work there. So maybe try that and see. The glitch definitely works on PS4, PS5, and PC. I have all 3 versions and it works on every one of them. I even have saves on version 1.0 before any patches and it works there too.
Wait I did this with just running on a building then I used my web n i did infinite run to space n I couldn't stop I was going higher than the plane in 20 secs
There is a glitch like that that occured before any updates/patches to the game. It happened randomly and couldn't be triggered manually. My glitch works after all the patches and can be done manually through my tutorial. But yeah, there's a few clips on TH-cam of that exact glitch happening to them too. It's pretty cool you had it happen to you. If you let Miles keep running he will eventually run all the way out of the sky box.
Oh ok. Have you ever updated your game or purchased it digitally? I haven't seen the glitch happen randomly like that after patches and updates so that's why I'm wondering. If it did then that's pretty rare. Either way, if you ever want to do it again you can try out my tutorial. It's definitely a fun glitch to mess around with.
