The special thing about each is that it turns all the traits of the tmnt to like leo’s but when you use the trait instead of havin an assist you switch into the turtle you picked .
The extra Sai probably wouldn't work since Raph only has 2 but they could have had Raph kick Leo into the Shellicoptor or something. Donnie could have added the rising shell to the meter burn.

Yep, found out from another player a few weeks back. The only good thing about the legendary weapon is the stat boosts since epic swords give a 20.00% boost in damage VS legendary gears 10.00%.

They should have made Raphael sies (can't spell) at least stick in the opponent where they blleed and loose health till the character move respawns again, make Mikey kickflip the board into the ace dealing extra dmg and Donny can do a multiple bounce attack with extra dmg..also make them unblockable...that would be fair for all the work it takes to get the skill
Try meter burning the assists when the assist already had been used, I think that's how it works, if you used Mikey already, I think the Meter burn version allows Mikey to come back right away instead of waiting for Mikey's bar to fill up .. just try it +Super
the only reason to get them before really was the extra stats but the new epic gear has better stats than the legendary gear so there is literally no point in grinding for it anymore except for something to do.

Yea the legendary gear isnt really legendary im trying to get sub zero because i like aesthetic and his his ice klones are random between all ice klones but is it really worth all that im doing idk at least i dont have to complete any gear sets but still felt like leo could have had so much potential

When the DLC legendaries came out and I found out that Starfire's required another 3000 minutes, just like you, I said fuck this shit. I was still getting Catwoman's minutes and the fact that Starfire became my least favorite DLC made skipping her legendary easier. I had my AI Catwoman playing for over 90 minutes and the legendary tower only added 30 minutes?! They could of at least made the time on the loading screen count, too. What's really sad here is that despite finally knowing how trash this legendary is, I'm still going to grind for it because I feel if I get one turtle's legendary, I got to get them all. Getting 4 legendaries for 4 characters is the only justification for 3000 minutes of grinding (even if 2 of them suck and the other 2 are mediocre; I just like the turtles too much not to grind).
