Beautiful floor layout! The porch is pretty as well but would love to see a fireplace on it even if it was a gas one. I love the clean lines and the edged lighting around the rooms.

This is why I don't like digital renderings. Perspective and scale is always off.
This home was over the top gray the outside was beautiful light and airy. The inside however was a one tone failure, that did not match the outside, in my opinion.
I love it, but I want a complete wrap-around porch that is 4 seasons with loads of windows to look out. I do mean, all 4 sides wrap around a four-season porch that is at least 8-9 ft out from the wall of the actual house. So the house would be an extra 18 ft wide and an extra 18ft long because of the wrap-around 4-season porch. Big farm sinks everywhere there is a sink. No tube. Just a shower with a shower seat for when I get old. Lots of handrails everywhere for when I get old. Also, the inside would be completely decorated with those kinds of furniture on TH-cam that fold down, fold out, fold into other useful furniture, and the beds be folded up beds so the room opens up during the day. No carpet anywhere. All hard floors. Lots of good useful counters for making bread in the kitchen and all kinds of shelving and cupboards all over the entire house with closets that have lights in them. I would want electric appliances with an old-fashioned wood-burning kitchen stove somewhere in the house with a good chimney for extra warmth and for cooking if the electricity goes off. Plus I want lanterns all over the walls in the house to be turned on in case the electricity goes off. Fire-resistant materials where the lanterns are placed and some use oil to burn rather than gas or fuels. No candles because of the soot that goes in the air. All plumbing would have to be done up and easy to access as I would not want a basement. The electric furnace would also go into a closet or can be out to put something onto it if it has a warm surface for the teapot. I like the bathroom with a sink and toilet and another bathroom with a sink toilet and shower. A good place for the computer. Actually set up the house with wiring that is ready to go for computers to be used in any room, music with speakers throughout the house, and a TV screen with a video machine with it to play movies. The computer screen needs to be big with laptops throughout the house to use. I also want a good quality radio hooked into the speakers as well. The shelves, well most of them, have doors like cupboards have so books don't show and storage boxes don't show. I do not use a microwave, but I do want a regular-size popcorn machine that you see in stop-in gas stations as I am a huge popcorn eater. I love to have a freezer separate from the refrigerator. No dishwasher is necessary. And fold out clothes line on one side of the wrap-around porch so clothes could hang and dry. Ceiling fans wherever possible. No carpet anywhere. All hard floors.

That dark Gray was not a good choice to advertise. It was depressing a made everything so dark and drab. A light gray could have been flattering.

Windows in baths are a must for me, but whats with the grey fit? Way to dark. And the tile ? kind of overkill for smal spaces. Marble look is kind of proll and out of date, but the pantry and Utility are great.

Way too much furniture and oversized for the space. Also, the lower kitchen cabinets should be drawers only. The bedroom windows should be high horizontal windows, offering privacy and sunlight. Windows are unnecessary in showers, again high horizontal windows, even glass block. Love the lighting overall tho. Not well thought out otherwise.

Windows in bathrooms allow steam to be let out so mold doesn’t build up.

Are you a home builder? Only asking because your comments were so specific. Reminds me of my husband........he's a Landscape Architect and is completely unable to keep his "thoughts" about a project to himself. I find it amusing. These are small houses? They look more like starter homes. And this a home for a small family.
I think the space could but better used and organized. Some built-in placement seems off and would stifle utility unless you reorganize the furniture to access them.
If you go by the kitchens they are small, but with a house so small why have those large laundry rooms that can double as a storage closet or small nursery. Im looking for a small home. These are way too big. Trying to down size.
Overall a great and very pretty presentation. Lots of wonderful open concept ideas
