    2:40 - Such a familiar phrase that many people still use and have no idea that it was written by Wycliffe in the prologue to his translation of the Bible about the Bible, and not a quote from Abraham Lincoln about “democracy.” Lincoln actually took that from a sermon by Theodore Parker who changed Wycliffe’s writing to say, “Democracy is direct self-government, over all the people, by all the people, for all the people." Satan loves to counterfeit the inspired words of the Holy Spirit. Mob rule is certainly not for the people.
