If you and family already in UK as student then there shouldn't be any problem. But if you try to change the visa to care worker sponsor visa after 11th Match, then new rule will apply.

No body is talking about what can happen the students and dependent those who are in study visa or PSW. For an instant say PSW visa expires on a day after March 11, then this rule may be applied if she or he gets a sponsorship in healthcare as a carer. If this applies then they have to go back? Can answer to this?
According to current information, after March 11, visa receive for for principle applicant . So unfortunately dependents have to go back. But there are lot of grey area in this rule how it affect to families already in the UK. So better reach out a professional immigration consultant to get things clarified.
