@Sage I suggest trying for roles that are adjacent to hr... Data analysis, operations, admin, accounts. If you are passionate about hr, then wait patiently and keep on applying. Also, experiment with multiple industries... Ek industry me mat gusse raho. Recruitment ki bahut jobs available hai. But i guess you don't wanna do it(so do i) I'm currently searching for roles as well. Good luck to you :)

I feel stagnant and no excitement to actually pursue this any futher and want to make a switch to Human resources. Do I need to get a degree to enter?
