This video demonstrates how to rebuild the lithium battery. After modification, it can be safely charged without the original charger. Because the reformed lithium battery has overcharge and overdischarge protection, the PCB-related circuits of the original machine are useless. I directly connected the positive and negative poles of the power supply to the switch, bypassing the original PCB.

Have you tried upgrading the LED light to something brighter? I just purchased a new 2022 version, and the SMD LED is not very bright at all. I'm thinking there must be a brighter one that can replace it.

Amazing work on the battery pack. Smart reduction to 18500 cell. Sir what Liquid did you dip the collar part after heating with the torch gun? Please let me know. How did it get the shiny look? Was it varnish? Please let me know.

Brother use blow torch to red heat the metal and put it into linseed oil (alsee ka taiel). For plastic finish, first sand the plastic with a higher grit sandpaper, then apply primer lacquer spray, then sand again with a higher grit sandpaper, then apply good quality epoxy putty, re-sand the plastic and finally apply good quality spray paint.
