    Aapne to ye bhi kaha tha ki Yeida mein investment theek nahi hai. But out of all projects u recommended ,Yeida has seen the maximum appreciation.....
    Moral of d story ,one should invest ,on their research,rather than listening to u.

    @EM_India : Ha ha .. sahi kaha.. just want to add... Ki try to explore more and more .. 1 property buy karne se phle.. criteria select karo.. and then see atleast 30 - 50 properties. Yeah.. its looks hard work but thats what paid at end. After seeing 30+ property you will start understanding that which one is good and which not. What any agent/builder/seller is saying true and where he trying to fool you.
    I have seen people say ki jitna dekhoge utna confuse hoge. Its true only till 30 properties. After that you will start getting and understanding things clear and clearer.
    I am writing this from my own experience. I am owner of 2 properties, 1 bad and 1 great investment.

      No, Not every project is giving appreciation. There are a dozen projects on the Yamuna Expressway, which are near the Jewar Airport but the rates are not high there, because the rates never increase because of the airport. Only people like you confuse people.

    Sabhi project me last year me price hike hua hai.. Pls share project jisme nivesh kare aur pichle jaisa return ho... That is not possible.. No such hike next 5 year.

      ये आपकी गलतफहमी है की आपके हाथ से मौका निकल गया, बहुत से लोगों ने Formula One के समय Jaypee के प्लॉट्स 40 हजार रूपये गज में भी Plot लिए थे और वो सभी लोग आज रो रहे हैं, यमुना एक्सप्रेसवे पर भर-भर के प्लॉट्स आने वाले हैं, मगर रेट भडेंगे या घटेंगे वो आपको समय खुद जवाब दे देगा।
